Adventure in Paris

Check in was easy and as stated! Great location in fabulous city neighborhood. Super walkable to two metro stations. Owner was fantastic at communicating.

Hello, i wrote this ti the landlord, without getting any answer. At the day of arrival...Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of the apartment I am currently staying in.Upon arrival, I discovered serious hygiene and safety issues which are documented in the attached photos:- The bed linen and/or mattress shows visible dark stains that strongly resemble mold or mildew. This is a serious health concern and makes the bed unusable.- Kitchen equipment and surfaces were found in an unsanitary condition, with visible dirt, grease residues, and dark stains, indicating that proper cleaning was not carried out.- Additionally, a ceiling light fixture is partially detached, with exposed wiring visible through an open hole in the ceiling. This represents a potential safety hazard.These conditions are completely unacceptable for a rented apartment and do not meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, or safety. Staying in an apartment with mold in the bed is particularly concerning, as it poses health risks.I kindly request immediate action to resolve these issues. This includes:- Replacement of the mattress and bed linen,- Thorough professional cleaning of the apartment,- Proper repair of the ceiling light installation.If these issues cannot be resolved promptly, I expect an appropriate refund or alternative accommodation.Please treat this matter with urgency and respond as soon as possible.Kind regards,

Bistro noise all night and no view

This unit had a step just inside the door, then stepped back down on the other side of the main room. The stairs down to the bedrooms had no railing and turned at the bottom. With the bathroom upstairs it was uncomfortable when we got up at night. We were advised a couple of times to be quiet. However our bedroom was under the bar next door and they scraped chairs all night. We had no window, it was painted blue. The customers from the next door bistro sat out there smoking so we weren’t comfortable with the door open. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was located near bus and transit stops.

Zentral und recht geräumig

Das Apartment ist gut geeignet für eine kleine Gruppe. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Die Schlafzimmer, welche im Keller liegen, sind geräumig und die Betten bequem. Allerdings keine Lüftung, könnte im Sommer unangenehm sein. Leider war es nicht möglich, eine zweite Decke für ein Bett zu bekommen (nicht jeder möchte sich zu zweit eine Decke teilen). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Bad war an einigen Stellen Schimmel, aber sonst war es im Allgemeinen sauber. Etwas hellhörig ist die Wohnung, man sollte sich auch bewusst sein, dass man etwas von Nachtleben draußen hört.

Emplacement très bien mais déçu de la location

Nous avons passé une nuit avec un couple d’amis et nous sommes déçu de la prestation du logement …. Porte d’entrée très vétuste et vraiment pas sécurisée pour une porte qui donne sur la rue… La propreté du logement laisse à désirer avec même la visite d’une souris … A éviter !

Für 6 Personen zu eng, aber für 4 groß genug. Gut erreichbar und auch rundherum alle nötigen Geschäfte vorhanden Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, in den Schlafräumen gibt es nur Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Ausstattung ist ok alles vorhanden

Gute zentral gelegene Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles bequem mit der Metro erreichen. Im Supermarkt in der Nähe, kann man die nötigen Dinge einkaufen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und man bekommt einiges von den Nachbar Geschäften mit. Die Bar nebenan schliesst aber um 23:00 Uhr.

Nette Location

Appartement ist für ausgedehnte Stadtexkursionen ein guter Ausgangsort. Das Montmartre Viertel mit seinen vielen kleinen Läden, netten Bistros und Restaurants werden in wenigen Minuten erreicht und laden zum flanieren ein. Metro Anschluss ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartment selber entwickelt seinen Charme erst auf dem zweiten Blick. Die Schlafräume liegen im UG und haben keine Fenster. Belüftung über Klimaanlage. Erreicht werden die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer über eine recht steile Treppe mit (zu...) kleinen Treppenstufen - mit Kleinkindern eher schwierig Der Zutritt zum Wohnraum (EG) erfolgt direkt von der Strasse/ dem Bürgersteig - hier wurde wohl ein ehem. Ladenlokal zu einer Wohnung umgebaut. Einrichtung gut und zweckmässig. FAZIT: Gute Lage mit Nähe zum Parkhaus,dass man bei Anreise per Auto unbedingt anmieten sollte! Einrichtung funktional und für eine Stadtreise mehr als angemessen, da man die meiste Zeit in der herrlichen Stadt verbringt.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment

Wir haben für drei Nächte das Apartment in Batignolles angemietet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, er antwortet schnell und gibt über alles geduldig Auskunft. Das schon mal vorweg, war wirklich top! Das Apartment selbst liegt im Erdgeschoss, mit Schlafzimmern im Souterrain. Es ist erst kürzlich renoviert/saniert worden mit komplett neuer Einrichtung. Sehr stilvoll und modern, trotzdem gemütlich. Die Küche bietet einem alles was man so braucht, das Bad ist super modern. Das Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe des Moulin Rouge und des Friedhofs Montmatre. Montmatre kann man von dort auch super zu Fuß erkunden und ansonsten ist die Anbindung zB an die Metro sehr gut, Stationen in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen großen Supermarkt zwei Ecken weiter, den wir aber leider erst am vorletzten Tag gefunden haben. Viele Restaurants ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung. Benutzt man den Hop-on-hopp Off Bus: die gelbe Linie hält direkt am Moulin Rouge! Auch sehr praktisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Terminvereinbarung dafür erfolgt über eine Agentur, auch das hat wirklich reibungslos geklappt, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde seitens der Agentur und in Absprache mit dem Vermieter sogar auch eingegangen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Kurztrip, in einem modernen und sauberen Apartment, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Merci beaucoup, Pierre!
