Absolutely beautiful place. Awesome location. Clean and very well stocked condo and great host. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Close to reefs, dining and shopping but outside the hub bub of the tourist area.

This condo is the best on Grand Cayman. We spent hours driving around while we were there and realized what we had was the best view/beach around.They host has extra toilet paper, paper towels and tissues as well as laundry and dish soap. They even had a fresh bag of ice in the freezer upon our arrival. It’s so nice to not feel like you need to run to the store for necessities. It is exceptionally clean and safe. We never felt crowded or uncomfortable in any way. There is a private beach right in front with lawn chairs and umbrellas.There are some units in the condo with permanent residence as well so it’s not a heavily trafficked area.I would suggest renting a car as this unit is within easy driving distance of anything you could need. Also visit Morgan’s restaurant if you can - we went twice. It’s about a 5 minute drive.We highly recommend this condo for Cayman visitors!

Awesome rental and perfect location. Second year renting from Jayne. Beautiful and quiet stretch of beach. Close enough to the Kimpton (5min walk) for restaurants. Only a few others on the beach for 100 yards either way. Rental is beautiful, clean, and has all the extras (starter snacks, cooler, paddle boards, snorkel supplies, beach bag). Communication with the host (Jayne) was excellent. Rental is literally steps from the ocean.

Excellent place in North part of Seven Mile beach. Nice beach in front with enough loungers and umbrellas. One parking space included and you really need a car for staying at this place.The unit was well furnished and had all amenities we needed for our stay. Couple of things to improve would be a bigger bed ( Kingsize), fixed electrical sockets near bed on one side, the air con was very noisy and maybe some flotation devices for snorkelling. These are minor issues and would not prevent me to stay here again.The price was quite high but it was peak season and so no choice.Special mention to Jayne who manages the property and was excellent with any queries via Whats App and very helpful.Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing!!

Loved the location, very central but out of the way of busy beach goers! Within walking distance to nearby resorts and snorkel spots! The view is fabulous and the bed was so comfy! Kitchen was fully equipped too! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family stay here over Christmas week (12/20–12/27). The condo truly delivers on its promise, breathtaking views and incredibly easy beach access just steps away. What we appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the location is, tucked away from the more crowded stretches of Seven Mile Beach on a road with little to no traffic. It felt relaxed and private, while still being only a short drive to amenities and great restaurant options.Jayne was fantastic, quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We loved being able to snorkel right from the beach and having paddleboards available added to the experience. As always, Cayman was an amazing backdrop for quality family time. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

Great times at the Sundowner! Place is stocked with anything you can ask for. Communications were friendly and timely. Would highly recommend. It is one of the best places to stay on Seven Mile Beach.
