Terraces at Beachside vacation rentals

We are “ frequent flyers” to the Terraces …. Many years and several different units, but the end units are our favorites! And Christie is wonderful, responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait til the next stay!

If you’re wondering, we love the location of Terraces at Beachside! Close to restaurants and not far from the beautiful little downtown of Fernandina! We’ve visited here for years! This is our 4th stay in the complex, our 1st at the Robinson’s unit 303. They have the place very well stocked with everything you’ll need! Furnishings are nice and clean. We love having 2 baths (not all units here do). Check in was easy breezy and we feel like we got a good deal! We’ll be back!

Condo: Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable & well equipped. AC worked great! We had plenty of room to spread out. Double sinks in the bathroom were a bonus! Loved all the beach equipment provided. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, cart, bikes. It was perfect for us! Wouldn’t recommend for 2 couples but would be great for a family of 4. Location: About as close to the beach as you can get on Amelia Island. View from balcony was ok. We didn’t spend time on the balcony but enjoyed hearing the waves. We absolutely loved the big, wide, beautiful beach! It was exactly what we hoped for a relaxing beach vacation! If you’re looking for a place with a nice big pool this place is not for you. The pool was very small & not kept up well. But we came for the beach!! Easy walk to a couple restaurants. We really liked Salt Life great food & ambiance. Sandbar Kitchen was ok. Short drive to town for more restaurants. We enjoyed Cafe Karibo & Beach Diner! Wouldn’t recommend Hola Cuban Cafe or Lucky Wok. Don’t miss out on Fort Clinch State park! It’s amazing!! And only about 2 mins from the condo. We also enjoyed our boat tour with Backwater Cats. So fun! Overall we really enjoyed our first time to Amelia Island & would highly recommend this unit.

The condo looked just like the pictures online. It was very clean and organized . Well stocked for our needs. The size of it was very adequate and would easily sleep 6 with the 3 pullout sofa/loveseats. It was a really nice small place to stay. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Location was just where we wanted to be. Will rent here again

Terrific location, great place, no complaints.

This was a 1st floor unit so you can't see the beach from this location. Overall the Condo was great and very nice. Did make some recommendations of changing the hardware in the larger bathroom because they were in bad shape from hard water damage. Other than that the place was very nice. The property manager was terrific!

Very lovely condo! Has everything you will need. Very clean and comfortable. Great location! Hope to come back some day!
