Located on beautiful Amelia Island, immaculately decorated, ocean front condo offers the best of all worlds. Just a short walk to Fort Clinch State Park where you can hike, bike and fish from a spectacular one-quarter mile long pier. Approximately two miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, where the cobblestone streets are adorned with Victorian style homes, fine cuisine and quaint retail shops.

Queen size bed in master, two twins in open second bedroom and fold out queen sleeper sofa in den. Great ocean and beach views from your private terrace.

P. S. Don't be surprised if you are also greeted by our dolphin, manatee, pelicans, sea turtles, sea gulls and the like, as you come to rest on our beautiful shore.

We have a great time and the condo was amazing! Loved what they did adding the wall to make the 2nd bedroom. Worked out for my family perfectly. We found a lot of sharks teeth which is one of our favorite things to do along with going out to eat. Great vacation!!!!!

The view from the balcony was spectacular. We loved the location and the proximity to beach. The property was clean, furnished nicely, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We’ve stayed here quite a few times. Always clean and comfortable. Has a great view of the beach and tasty restaurants close by. Location is great.

What an awesome rental! It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. Appreciated the updates on the unit that the owner made…door on guest bedroom and shower in master bath. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! The location was great. The beach and Salt Life and Sandbar were very close. Easy to bike to downtown. Parking there is no longer free. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I definitely hope to stay there again as we love Fernandina Beach.

We have been coming to Amelia Island for 8 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed at!! The view from the balcony was amazing and the access to the beach was fantastic!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and we hope we will be able to again next year!!

Our Host was very responsive to all of our questions and could not have been any better of a Host. The unit was very well equipped and extremely clean. The views from the Balcony were wonderful and very relaxing. We plan to be back!

Comforts of Home

This is fantastic condo to rent and we'll definitely be back. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to extra toiletries, beach needs, and comfortable beds. Very clean, well furnished, and the converted area with the twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and a great location, short drive to restaurants and stores The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great view of the beach also!

Right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo had everything that we needed for a week away. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. Downtown was just a few minutes away in the car and there were lots of awesome restaurants to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach. Balcony on the side that overlooks the ocean. Easy 2-mile drive to the historic district with numerous restaurants and shops.

Great stay

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo. Property was spotless, and well-equipped with every essential need. Unit is a mere steps from the sand, and equally as close to a wonderful oceanfront bar/restaurant.Our stay couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

LOCATION & VIEW

I love this little community.. very short walk to the beach. This condo is very neat and clean. It has everything you’ll need for your beach vacation. I would reserve it again in a heartbeat.

We have lived all over the country due to being relocated with our jobs. Amelia Island is one of our most favorite places. We love the feel of old Florida with the huge live oak trees and cobblestone streets of Fernandina Beach.
We are committed to giving our guests the cleanest and most comfortable accommodations on Amelia Island for the best value.
