Toda la casa. NE San Antonio fuera de FM 78. Espaciosa y limpia casa estilo rancho, 4 habitaciones, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, comedor y lindo patio con patio y estacionamiento en la calle. Tiene capacidad para 8 personas. La propiedad está a 5 minutos en automóvil de Randoph AFB y 10 minutos a FT Sam Houston. Aproximadamente a 15 minutos del centro de SA, cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y mucho más. Casa totalmente equipada en todo para satisfacer sus necesidades. Cocina completa, aire acondicionado y calefacción central, Wifi, TV, lavandería y mucho más. Tenga en cuenta que para los huéspedes que reserven más de 7 días, preferimos que usted compre los seguros de protección contra daños. Convenient and Clean

We did a little bit of everything this trip (Rivers, downtown, day trip to the beach) and this house was in a great middle location for all of that. I love a good clean house so I didn’t really mind all of the reminders all over the house to pick up after yourself, but it was a little overkill. (Signs above very light switch reminding you to turn it off, before leaving each bathroom to pick up before you leave the room etc) It took some away from the feeling of just being able to relax and feel like a home away from home. But finding a nice, clean, spacious vacation space for our family of 7 can be tricky and this house fit the bill. We would stay again.

Thank you so much for your review. We certainly do appreciate you’re feedback and we will remove the signage because we certainly want all of our guests stay to be relaxing. We only put sign up because we had several large electric bill that was over $700 for the month. We’ve had past guest who left the lights on all day etc. this could add up very quickly. We want to keep our nightly price low, so we do our best to manage the overhead. Thank you once again and we’re thrill to hear that the house met your needs.

Very pleased with our stay

We stayed at this property for a week. It was very clean and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The houses are very close together and there are lots of cars on the roads. But the people in the neighborhood were nice. We even went walking the neighborhood one morning and felt very safe. It was very close to a Walmart for us to grocery shop. It was about 30 minutes from Six Flags and SeaWorld. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

This was our 1st experience w/ a vacation home rental. We normally stay in hotels when we travel, but since we had 4 boys w/ us, we wanted more space and to not have to worry about how much noise they made. The 2 living areas were great to give the adults separation from the kids as did the split floor plan. There was enough seating at the dining table for all of us to eat together, plus bar stools. The house was near Walmart, restaurants, and other amenities. My only "complaint" was the boys had the better shower head in their bathroom, lol. We would definitely stay here again if we were in San Antonio.

San Antonio quick trip

We were very happy w/the sweet ranch style home we stayed in over spring break. Easy to get to, nice layout with all the comforts of home. Would stay here again if in the area and would recommend others to check it out as well!

Great Location!

This was our first experience with VRBO and we were slightly worried about how it would all pan out - but everything was perfect! The house was easy to find, but the perfect size for what we needed! It’s located close to all major stores and restaurants. When I had questions the manager was easy to get ahold of and was very pleasant to work with. Definitely would stay again if we are ever in the area again! Thanks for everything!

House was real nice

just a couple of things, refrigerator ice maker did not work. And we have stayed in a few vacation homes and we have never been asked to take shoes off in the house, I know you want to keep your home clean but this could be cut out I think. But overall it was nice home. I was looking for a gas grill not a charcoal grill so thanks again.
