* Exclusive semi detached with private garden * Breathtaking mountain and sea views in tranquil surroundings in the Urbanizacion'Monte Pego 'With own by covered terrace and barbecue. In the house you expect to approx 100sqm a more generous living and dining area with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed 2X2,20m and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Who wants to have a restful stay in his vacation or something would like unternemen in the area is the right place. Nearby there is a restaurant, a tennis court, a playground and a bar and the beauty institute is directly nebean by 10% as a tenant on all treatments! The next shopping facilities is located 2 km away. One of the most beautiful beaches in the region can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The cottage is ideal for 4 adults but there is a possibility for an extra bed if the person is a child of 5. There is the possibility to rent a stick or Wifi Internet free. WE SPEAK GERMAN, ENGLISH AND SPANISH!

A fantastic property with wonderful views over the valley and the sea. The large private pool is a big plus. The region offers many activities in addition to going to the beach, such as exploring caves and hiking. We had a great holiday with the whole family.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et la piscine de 1,70 à 2,00 mètres de profondeur est un vrai bonheur pour nager et en profiter pleinement. La maison était d’une propreté irréprochable, et les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponibles et réactifs.Les seuls points à améliorer concernent la vaisselle qui manque d'ustensiles et d'accessoires et le linge de maison (le linge de lit et les couettes sont en format une personne pour un grand lit, et certains éléments, comme le tapis de salle de bain, sont assez usés). C’est un peu dommage, car avec ces quelques améliorations, la maison serait parfaite.L’emplacement est idéal, au calme dans la montagne avec une superbe sensation d’être seul au monde, tout en étant à environ 15 minutes de la plage et des commerces, et à proximité de Dénia. Le fait de pouvoir venir avec notre chien était également un vrai plus. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter ! Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires de la maison. Propre et fonctionnelle, la maison est très bien située, à 1h de Valence et d'Alicante, en passant par Altea et le village de Guadalest.A 15min il y a la petite ville de Pego où il y a tous les commerces et restaurants/bar.Les plages sont à 20/25min en voiture à Denia.Très belle vue depuis l'espace piscine.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Sandra war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin – stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und mit großem Engagement bei der Sache. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung: stilvoll, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Wohnung bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Ein kleiner Punktabzug betrifft die Lage: Der Weg in die Stadt kann etwas herausfordernd sein und ohne Auto ist man doch recht eingeschränkt. Dennoch hat das unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt – alles war so, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten.Wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen!

Villa situada en una urbanización apartada, a unos 40 min de Javea y 25-30 min de Denia (depende del tráfico). Muy cuidada con unas vistas increíbles. Ideal para descansar y buscar tranquilidad. La dueña muy atenta. Nosoteos repetiremos.sin dudarlo.
