This luxury accommodation is located less than 20 minutes from the San Jose Airport in the prestigious community of Las Quintas. For those that do not accept second best, this villa is located within the upscale "Hotel Zone" and on the greens of the Vindanta Golf Course. The property is surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, an abundant sandy beach, fine and casual dining, shopping, world class golf, and the best entertainment San Jose Del Cabo has to offer. The Villa, one of 32 units within the exclusive, small, gated, and private community of Las Quintas, delivers a blend of meticulously maintained luxury resort living, featuring 24 hour staffed security, two swimming pools (one being a lap pool and both pools having restroom facilities and palapas ideal for poolside dining or social gatherings), and designated covered parking. The superbly landscaped grounds are complemented with lush tropical gardens, decorative water fountains and cantera stone planters. This Villa is ideally located within the complex, situated directly above one of the two pools and is an end unit.
The condo was furnished to ensure every minor detail was attended to. The two bedroom/two bath Villa is designed, built, and furnished to American and Canadian standards. The spacious, inspiring interior is finished with elegant woods, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, storage pocket terrace doors, granite slab counter tops, travertine, tile floors, top quality appliances, (including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove), wall mounted safe, outdoor balcony off of master bedroom and family/dining room, and high end quality furnishings and linens. The master bedroom features an American sized King bed, the second bedroom two twin beds (can be combined to make a king size bed). There are two twin sleeper pull outs offered to accommodate a party of six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary items; pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The covered outdoor patio overlooking the Mayan golf course is fully furnished with an outdoor BBQ grill, lounge chairs and a patio table for your outdoor dining and relaxation pleasure. Our guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the property's covered parking (four parking spaces reserved for our unit), wireless high speed internet, telephone offering unlimited local phone calls, and flat screen high definition televisions with Satellite (includes American TV Channels).
With access to the many amenities, your days and nights can be as active or as leisurely as you wish. We will work with you and assist guests prior to your arrival with coordinating activities, dining and entertainment reservations, babysitters, chefs, and airport shuttles.
