Wonderful stay in the heart of Paris

This three bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, which includes two teens. Literally steps from the Ile de Cite, metro/RER, and a taxi stand, it was easy to get to everything. The surrounding neighborhood is touristy but also has good restaurants, a small grocery store, and several bakeries. The apartment is incredibly quiet considering its location and the views of the Seine are lovely. It is very well appointed, with dishes, appliances, linens, and cleaning products. Although there is only one toilet, it was very nice to have two showers/sinks and a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and 3/4 size fridge. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were so nice and communication with the property manager was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

Apartment in the Latin Quarter, perfect location. You need to review the floor plan as it only has one toilet and a steep flight of stairs to enter the unit. Great spacious family area. Bedrooms were also spacious.

perfect location

Lovely apartment in Saint Germain. All amenities perfect Right next to metro and taxi rank. Seeing Notre Dame outside your window is beautiful. Very quiet inside . Next to fantastic restaurants and bars.

Amazing Location

Great flat, the beds are amazing! The stairs to the flat are the only drawback. In the middle of everything, to your right Notre Dame, to the left the Louvre. Metro station so handy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location & Clean

The location is great a block form ND, views of the Seine and steps to many restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and newly renovated. Check-in was easy and communication with the owner seamless. Only small complaint was only one shared toilet for the 6 of us in the family...

Very nice apartment in the PERFECT location

Stayed w/ family during the Olympics. What an amazing location. Literally cross the street and walk over the bridge and you are on Ile De La Cite. There is a Metro Station (and a cab stand) IMMEDIATELY outside the door. And despite all of this, the apartment itself was cool and very quiet. This was our third VRBO in Paris and definitely our favorite.

Incredible location and communication

The absolute best location in Paris for a few days of site seeing! Mikael and his team were incredibly responsive and even sent someone to the property to walk us through a few items we could not figure out. The apartment is exactly as described and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful trip to Paris!!!

Great time in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was my family of 4 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the view from the living room onto the river and the proximity to charming shops/restaurants, the metro, a market and beautiful places to visit such as St Chapelle! We also really appreciated the air conditioning. Tip: the croissants at the restaurant below the flat are the best we had in Paris! I would definitely recommend this property.

Latin Quarters

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is in the latin quarters district. Close to Notre Dame. You can see it from the windows. It is true that Paris is rhe city that never sleeps! Lots of nightlife! Restaurants, shops, cafes and stores right there! We enjoyed ourselves!

Amazing location.

Large kitchen (for paris) great beds, cold AC in every room. Just an amazing location. A block to Notre Dam and St Chapelle. .See the Seine outside the window. Metro right outside. A crazy half level of stairs to get inside would challenge mobility impaired, but worth it when you get inside!

Perfect location, perfect apartment

We stayed at this property Dec 2023. It was perfect in every way - location, comfort, cleanliness, spaciousness, modern amenities, great linens and comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive and communication was easy. We were 2 friends, and the apartment felt very luxurious with all the space. The metro stop was steps from our door. And the view - overlooking the Seine, and it was fun to watch life going by in Paris right outside our window every morning. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent Apartment

We loved the apartment. Plenty of room for our family and a nice living room to hang out in. The location was absolutely perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and shopping. Easy to communicate with the manager and they were very attentive to our needs. It would have been nice to have a few extra blankets, coffee or any basics ... the place was absolutely bare bones. But very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

A perfect Paris stay!

The property is lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. My family stayed for a week with our three young children. It was perfect. A great location. But best of all it is quiet and comfortable, a respite from long days of touring. We loved looking out at all the activity on the Parisian streets below, and views of Notre Dame, San Chapelle, and the Louvre all from the peaceful apartment interior. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay here anytime we return to Paris and will send everyone we know here! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location, location, location!

Modern, super clean and very spacious! Bedrooms are big as is kitchen. Appreciated the coffee! Beautiful bathrooms. Great orange just at the market across the street! Can’t hear or smell the restaurant below- it wasn’t an issue at all!the train station is right downstairs and you can walk to everything! Great host communication- was able to let us stay an extra night. Stairs are hilarious. Thumbs up!

Fabulous location and spacious accommodation

This apartment is unbeatable in its location right on the quai st Michel and steps from saint Chapelle and Notre Dame. It is very spacious by Parisian standards and offers great appliances for a stay in Paris. We loved the proximity to everything and we enjoyed watching the crowds from our Birds Eye view, directly above Le Depart St Michel, which is a good place for a lunch or dinner. We would have loved a few more personal touches like teabags and good quality soap and shampoo etc, but these were minor inconveniences in the light of the centrality and size of the location.

Central location, lovely apartment

If you want to be in the heart of Paris, including the heart of tourism, this is the place. With a view of the Seine, easy walking access to metros that take you to and from the airport, and having the Latin Quarter back cobblestone streets out your backdoor, this is the place. Inside it's spacious, with modern kitchen (although we couldn't figure out how to get the dishwasher to work - would be great if there were clear instructions) and nice bedrooms, including an expansive counter-top workspace in the master bedroom. The owner/manager was very responsive and lovely, and it all made for a seamless stay - in spite of the garbage strike!

Great place

The flat was great. The location was superb. Close to all the great sites in Paris, and if not, the metro station is literally steps away. There is also a RER stop across the street if you wanted to go outside of the city, such as Versailles. The unit itself was clean and exactly as described. We were a family of six, all adults. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. Only thing is there is only one toilet area. Be aware of that. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Would definitely stat here again.
