Revenant sur la brousse, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques centaines de mètres de la fabuleuse plage Home et à quelques minutes du pub Straddie et de la plage Cylinder. Comprend 3 chambres avec encastrés (2 reines, 2 x 2 lits superposés), TV, DVD, ventilateurs de plafond, entièrement grillagé, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge à chargement frontal, chauffage, barbecue, stationnement hors rue, abri d'auto.

Linge fourni pour les réservations effectuées après le 1/12/18, NB Les lits ne sont pas faits et le linge peut être à retourner à notre bureau lors du retour des clés.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not bad start with a gift card for the whale tail gelato. Did find dog hair on all the beds. I know its dog friendly but I dont want to sleep in it. Could do with a more rigorous clean between guests. Outdoor shower was great. Indoor bathroom fan needs a good clean. I can only imagine the stuff it makes you breathe in. Kitchen is modern and filled out well. Generally a good place to return to after a good day out but room for improvement. Google maps will take you to the wrong place tho so good luck finding the house.

House was great. excellent location, close to 4WD beach access. House was clean. outdoor area was great for the dogs. Only criticism - no Wifi / internet availability terrible. Family with kids, wifi is needed. Also, only one air con in lounge area, no air cons in bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout house that worked well.

Ideal and relaxing family stay

Second time that myself, daughter and family have stayed at this property. It has met all our needs. It is private with plenty of wild life and still within walking distance of the beach. The property is fenced so we are able to take our small family dog.

The house itself is modern and in a beautiful and quiet location. However, when we arrived 2 of the beds were full of dog hair and blood stains (the actual fresh sheets), the pillowcases yellow, there were beard hairs in the bathroom and the floor was literally black when we wiped it with wet wipes and also had dog hair and dog food everywhere. Ray White did send cleaners but the floor was still dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed, so they had to come back again.Reception is pretty much non existent - which can be a good thing for some I guess.

Relaxing

The property was private off the street. Quiet but you could listen to the sea at night and view plenty of wild life. The house was more than adequate and well positioned with quality furniture and fittings.

Good house and location

The house was a good space and easy for a family. Loved having kangaroos right out our back door. Would definitely stay here again. Only negatives was no doona covers on doona on the double beds and doonas very stained/old looking and shower had green mould. Also having to take own washing up liquid/hand soap and asked to take own toilet paper. Overall though for the price a good place to stay.

Fantastic for the price

Could do with a deeper clean, rather than just surface level. I had to do some cleaning on arrival before my friends arrived. It was challenging to get hold of people over Christmas and with limited signal, but they did send a cleaning manager around on Christmas Eve to respond to my concerns, which was very welcome.

Sometimes you can feel nervous about your booking but this holiday rental exceeded my expectations. Idyllic Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found Melaleuca 3 when searching for a pet friendly option. Booked for an absolutely wonderful week. A beautiful, peaceful setting, with many different bird calls and bird watching opportunities all day, with kangaroos also visiting the yard. Easy walk to Home Beach for a dog friendly off leash adventure. We brought our own enclosure to safely fence off the side yard. I had no complaints about the accommodation and would definitely book again, but some things to consider include: the shower/bath access may not be suitable for older visitors or those with disabilities; no internet included, and Optus coverage is generally SOS to 1 bar of 3G; washer, but no dryer.

Great location and setting with some problems

Easy walks to bushland and beaches. Lots of wildlife around like roos in the backyard. Easy parking under cover. But there is next to no mobile phone signal and no wifi internet. The TV reception is also terrible on a very small screen. I think guests should be made aware of these restrictions. Coffee pods were wrong size for machine. Bathroom plug in the sink got stuck. The portable heater the only heating there didn't work easily as it seemed to need to be programmed via the panel on it but it had no instructions. The bedding had some ugly spots on it.
