Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, en el muy buscado Terra Verde Resort, en Kissimmee, es una villa muy espaciosa. Ideal para dos familias para compartir, ya que hay dos dormitorios principales y 2 salas de estar. Las dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño de Jack y Jill. También hay un sofá cama para dormir 2 personas adicionales. Ideal para una estancia en familia, ya que hay una televisión con pantalla plana en la sala de estar y televisores en todas las habitaciones con conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita en la Villa y en la Casa Club. La sala de estar conduce a la terraza de la piscina que da a un área de conservación. Esto le brinda mayor privacidad para disfrutar de la piscina y el spa resplandecientes en este entorno tranquilo dentro de este complejo bien cuidado y cuidado.

Brothers Trip

the property was wonderful, great location! Stewart was great to deal with .the only negative would be there is very little in the way of cooking utensils and no pool specific towels, all are regular sized bath towels. a few things need to be fixed but those are minor issues and are to be expected when booking a rental. Overall a great vacation and after staying in various houses at Terra Verde we would definitely would stay at this house again.

Super clean and close to everything!!! This House was our point of reunion with family in FL and we had the best time in it. the pool was soo relaxing and the neighborhood is very quiet. I loved how the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was super nice from the initial communications. i will book again next time im in the Orlando area. Thank you soooo much. Oh almost forgot..my little dog had a great time on this, his first trip.

Girls trip.

I paid for the pool to be heated. It wasn’t. I contacted the owner, manager and his reply was “It’s been a cold spell that happens “. We walked to the other pool and it was warm!!! So I have no idea why ours couldn’t be heated!!! Will not stay here again.

You came for 2 nights in January the outside nighttime temperature was in the 40s you got emails explaining the pool would not heat up before you arrived because of the weather also the community pool would be warm as it’s got industrial heaters and they are on all the time sorry you feel that you have to give me a bad review because of something like the weather that is out of my control

Reasonable stay

Many of the features advertised were at an additional cost, hot tub heated was an additional 100 dollars, use of the grilles an additional cost. Once you arrive you have to pay an additional fee to get a card to enter and leave property that was not mentioned in the description. TVs outdated with no smart TVs there. Little privacy at the pool with no fence. No paper towels when we arrived.

When you booked the home in the Resort Terra Verde you were automatically sent numerous emails from us informing you of the PAYABLE OPTIONAL items we have ie, pool and spa heat, bbq grill delivered, also the Resort charges a Fee that you are told about and has NOTHING to do with us as for the TVs all have cable. So when you booked and got these emails you had the option to cancel then, not stay go home and then moan about it

Universal trip

While the property was in a great location, I do not recommend this specific property to anyone. We ordered and paid for the pool to be heated. I had to call and pay someone over the phone who stated “he turned it on hours prior” when he clearly did not. The temperature was a mild 72 outside but the water never heated. It was ice cold. When I notified the manager, she stated she could not control the weather and refused a refund. The book inside the property states if the temperature outside is above 50, the pool will stay heated. The temperature only dropped AFTER we tried to use the pool. I paid for services not rendered and am being refused refund. 100% do not recommend.

Very clean, get service by Stewart but disappointed by the carpet and issues.

Stewart was very helpful! Unfortunately he had to come 3xs. We got there and there were holes in bed sheet. They brought new ones and offered to put them on the bed. I declined as we needed to wash them before putting them on the bed. Then we had the smoke detector batteries replaced as they were beeping at night. He came and fixed them, and then others went off again the following night. And Stewart was very helpful And worked diligently to resolve our problems. We appreciated the dog friendly home but the carpets had stains everywhere!!!! This was very off putting. We are very clean people and the house was very clean but that was so disgusting!!!! We treated the home as if our own, took shoes off at door. Swept daily and kept linens clean. I was very disappointed by the carpet. They mentioned the carpets were due to be cleaned however, that would be after we had our stay. It was incredibly helpful to fix our issues and was very kind and. Had a sense of urgency to fix our issues. He apologized several times. we shared that the Home had also been very warm the first several nights. He stated that the air conditioning unit was new. After reviewing it by day three he replaced the batteries and we were able to cool off the home. These are just things that we were not prepared to do while on vacation. The home was equipped with all the items we needed. We shared pics with Stewart during our stay.

Do Not Waste Your Money

We booked a 3-night stay (Thursday-Sunday), choosing this place because it was pet-friendly. I confirmed with the host, Stewart, that our dog was allowed and there would be no extra fee. Due to Hurricane Milton, we adjusted our plans to arrive Friday instead of Thursday, which I communicated to Stewart. He assured us the property would be ready. Upon arrival Friday (24 hours after our original check-in time), the house was still not ready. When I requested a discount for the delay, Stewart became aggressive and unprofessional, claiming delays were due to power issues, despite earlier saying the house was fine. He then pretended he didn’t know about our dog, even though we had discussed it before booking. When we finally got into the house, it was far from what was advertised—dirty vents, worn carpet, poorly equipped kitchen, no hand towels or wash clothes. and uncomfortable beds. Despite paying for pool heat for 3 days, it wasn’t turned on as promised. Stewart ignored my messages about this and refused any refund or discount. Overall, the house was disappointing, and Stewart’s hostility made the experience even worse. Avoid this place and save yourself the trouble.

Great for family, young and old

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with residents and tourists but it is off a busy road can bring loud vehicles but nothing too extreme. The house itself had bare minimal necessities (dishware was mostly ceramic and glass cups) Would say that it needed to be stocked with more linens (hand towels, bath towels, pool towels) as there was not enough for 6+ people The two master bedrooms had comfortable enough beds but the two twin rooms are not intended for older bodies who need plush. I would definitely rent from the owner again when back in town from Texas

Met basic needs & had nice pool but only a bar of soap in bathroom & toilet paper.

Our weekend was not spoiled but compared to other homes we have rented, we would have enjoyed a bit more cleanliness on furniture and bed linens. Asking us to start washing linens without leaving any soap is a bit much. Furniture, linens and pillows need refresh/ replace. Everything in need of an update. Many lamps either broken or loosely held together. Not much to cook with. 3 pots. No frying or baking pan. Plastic cups for pool would be safer. Washer dryer work very well. We threw one glass away because it had a chipped rim.

What a mini paradise!!!

From the minute that I turned into the neighborhood, it was definitely a paradise! The house Was located in a great location close to stores, food and lots of entertainment! The house is very clean and definitely fit my family of seven comfortably! I will recommend this house to everyone. The pool was our favorite. Little disappointed the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom and the stereo was a little outdated and didn’t work, unless you bring CD’s. Overall I’m very happy with my stay and we recommend this place for a big family. I wish I knew upon arrival that there were so many amenities in this location. So next time I’m looking forward to taking advantage of the tiki bar, game room, and lots of other things. Thanks so much! 😀

I liked the stay, the house and pool were expected. The only important call outs I have are that couch smell and the carpets needing some good cleaning. I thought your team was great to work with. When I first met Stewart, I didn't think it went so well, but thought maybe I misunderstood his tone.

Very Nice Stay

Everything was great. Only downfall was hottub and pool heat was supposed to be on when we got there, but it wasnt till the 2nd day that they came to turn it on. Kid was disappointed at first.

I loved the place it was nice, clean and plenty utensils to cook with the only thing was we couldn’t enjoy the pool because of rain but overall my experience was excellent hope to stay again in the future

Everything was fine with the house. The pool was another story. I paid the extra $175.00 to heat the pool but had issues all week with the heat. A repair man was out on Monday but after that the pool was never warm. I reported it twice and was told it was going into HP mode. Don’t know what that means but the pool does need some work. Also, none of the lights in the pool work. Other than that issue everything was good
