Designed for families and built for fun, Storey Lake Resort offers it all! Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with lazy river, two waterslides, and a children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Do not forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball, or basketball.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

In a word, I would describe this property as “Excellent “! This is our 3rd time staying at Storey Lake. You can’t go wrong with this location especially for a Disney visit with our extended family of 8. The spacious condo had everything we needed for our visit. The pool is excellent for a cool off after a long day at the park. And close enough to the airport and the cruise port. I’m sure we’ll be back!

This condo is great for a family with ample space. There are a lot of units close together so if you had noisy neighbors it could be less than ideal. We enjoyed being walkable to the smaller resort pool. Kitchen could use some extras, like a sponge to wash dishes, but overall it was very clean and comfortable.

Awesome place to rent

This was in a gated community with active gate guard. It was 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all a good size. It was very clean and well furnished. we had 7 people and we were very comfortable, It is about 15 mi8nutes from Disney and maybe 20 minutes to Universal. Shops and restaurants and entertainment all within a few miles. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. Listing was a described and very clean throughout. I would recommend more bowls in the kitchen for cooking, for families that like to cook and eat in. A few pool towels would be a great addition as well. The water park was great, but it can get pretty crowded with no parking so go early to get a good spot. Overall a great property.

Very disappointed with our stay. The whole house had a musky smell, there were bugs on the nightstands, black hairs all over the beds. The place was just dirty. We ended up checking out early and not even offered a refund on the night we didn’t stay!

Great home for families.

Beautiful home with plenty of space, great location. Safe and secure. Things to note, it’s a 2 story and has plenty of steps to the bedrooms. Wish there was something in place to notify about noisy neighbors, I understand it’s a vacation Area but noise at 2 in the morning is unacceptable. Otherwise we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Family Outing

Overall, the villa was very nice and clean. Extra items (e.g., paper towels, dish pod, etc.) would have been good. However, getting into the villa at the security station was a bit ridiculous, taking over 45 minutes, with only one person manning it. There was also a party going on at the club house the first night of our visit that lasted until 2 a.m. that kept us unable to sleep.

Good time

Our stay was great. The house is located close to all major attractions, house was as listed with minor wear and tear. There were 2 downsides to our stay. One was the long line of cars that would be at the gate to enter the property backing traffic out onto the road. The other was the smell of marijuana as soon as you walk outside of the house. With the houses touching there is no way to escape the smell of what the neighbors are doing out back.

Rented this property to celebrate my Dad’s 98th birthday. The home is very clean and the perfect layout for families. As other guests noted, the kitchen is a little limited with cooking bowls, but that was our only concern. Easy to communicate with host who responded quickly.
