Dusty and dingy. Things are breaking and falling apart (broken bed, faulty window, and the front door frame is cracked like someone broke into it at some point).Shower has cold water. Host was useless and rude (hung up the phone on us while trying to resolve an issue with faulty door) and then remained unresponsive until we made a complaint on Vrbo. We left before our reservation was over. Spare yourself a nightmare stay.

Great looking property

Great looking property, GPS navigation needs to be updated. It was extremely hard to find, luckily I can navigate in Tijuana.

Harassed constantly by security and front desk. I paid to add 5th person to my rm and got harassed

We stayed in an overall great room with a great view, perfect location to be at due to traffic and main road. Security constantly harassed us since I got in touch with person in charge of room and added a 5th person to reservation. There was no communication between said person and security and building administrators and we paid the price for it. we left the night before because of it and did not enjoy our stay. Do not book this place until they fix their problems, we could not use our parking spot that came with the room because of this. we were kicked out in a sense because they have no communication and don't explain things properly at check in. they wont even give me a refund for my 5th person who only stayed 2 nights due to the constant harassment by security and front desk.

These allegations made by the guest are 100% false. We provided to admin the information the guest gave us the night prior to arrival. Guest decided to sneak in additional guest without informing us, which I was informed of the same night of check-in, since everyone has to register when entering the building, I didn’t object to it, but it’s something we charge for upon departure and guest was aware of such. Also, during the guest first night I followed up with guest (via inbox) to make sure everything was okay - never heard back from him, until a day later after check-out when the guest receive a refund for the additional guest and the beverages and other items he and his guest consumed from the mini bar in the apartment.

El departamento se limpió y desempolvó por última vez antes de que ustedes entraran. Ustedes salieron 1 hora después de la hora de check out y housekeeping espero afuera únicamente por que no tenía a donde mas esperar. Lamento si eso les incomodo pero es la rutina, esperar afuera en el pasillo. No se les cobro el late check out o early check in.

Great Condo!

Safe area near many places of fine dining within a mile...Security, indoor parking, across from two stadiums, restaurants, coffee shops, next to a market and a casino. Place was clean, well stocked, AC worked great at the days got hot...Owner was very good at responding to any and all questions would highly recommend.

Outstanding place, well maintained. A lot of room, staff was courteous and were very attentive to detail. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Very close to many restaurants and shopping center. Definitely recommend the location.

Two-night stay. Very nice little two-bedroom with great views. Very clean and supplied with basic necessities. There is a full grocery store right next door to the building and a Walmart across the street for all food, etc. needs. Great location - next to several entertain options, plus Revolution is just a short 10 minute, if not less, Uber ride away. One of the best amenities of this building is their Penthouse GYM and Lounge area - amazing views of all TJ. I definitely recommend this place.
