The detail in this place is so alluring- the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white shiplap and an iridescent blue backsplash; the first floor living room boasts a wine fridge, cool abstract beach art and plenty of seating; and the two bedrooms upstairs each have a private bathroom, balconies and magazine-worthy linens and decor.

Moreover, Gulf Winds East is a quiet, townhome community that is situated nice and close to the beach, pristine golf courses, several outdoor malls and beachfront restaurants.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
