746 Spinnaker Dette flotte byhus har alt! Gå på tværs af gaden til Pelican Beach for at se solnedgangen over Edisto-floden. Klubhuset, Beach Club-swimmingpoolerne og Atlanterhavet er kun en kort gåtur væk. Den opdaterede byhus har 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser og er fantastisk til familier. Rejser med dit firbenede familiemedlem? Dette hjem er også kæledyrsvennlig!

En lunefuld pelikanskulptur hilser dig på indgangen verandaen. Når du kommer ind i hjemmet, vil du se det lyse åbne rum. En blød gul og blå indretning skaber en indbydende atmosfære. Flise gulve fører dig til opholdsstuen hvor du kan samle på de komfortable møbler til samtale eller til at se dine yndlings shows eller film på den store HDTV / DVD. Windows giver sollys mulighed for at streame og tilbyder panoramaudsigt over det 18. hul af Crooked Oaks og lagunen. Spisepladsen har et bord med plads til 6 gæster. Skydedøre fører til et dæk med et andet bord til 4 og en gasgrill. Se dyrelivet i lagunen eller golfspillerne lande deres tee skud mens du nyder afkøle drinks på dækket. Det nærliggende køkken er blevet opdateret og er meget godt lagerført. Glasfrontens øverste kabinetter, granitbænke og ny applikation er funktioner. Sid på øen og hold kokfirmaet. Træd gennem skydedørene til den afskærmede veranda, hvor der er et bord til 6. Nyd spisning eller spille et spil på denne store veranda.

Der er to soveværelser og to badeværelser i dette byhus. Børnene vil elske 1. sal soveværelse, som har en queensize seng og en dobbeltseng seng. Glidere fører til verandaen og der er en hall bad med badekar / bruser. Tag den åbne trappe til 2. sal master suite. Værelset har en konge seng, stort HDTV i armoire og to solterrasser. Den opdaterede master badeværelse har en separat vask område og et stort walk-in closet. Badestue har badekar / bruser.

Dette byhus ligger i en fantastisk beliggenhed. Pelican Beach ligger lige over gaden. Gå ned ad Seabrook Island Road eller gennem parkeringspladsen til klubhuset, hvor du kan golf på de to mesterskabsbane eller spise på Bohickets Lounge eller Palmetto Room. Svømme i Beach Club-pools, eller spis på Pelican's Nest udendørs restaurant ved havet. Spadsere til Seabrooks 3. 5 miles fra stranden. Denne villa er i det perfekte sted.

Beautiful vila in a great location

The vila is very clean and well located a short walk to the beach and clubhouse. It had everything we needed. The wine was a nice added touch.

Great property and location Needs some attention to the following: fridge (very noisy) dishwasher (did not clean well and had low cover panel coming loose) upstairs curtain rail coming away from wall downstairs toilet not cleaned thoroughly

We had a wonderful stay. The property was the perfect location to the beach. It was well stocked with all the necessities needed for a weeklong stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit and location!

This is the third Spinnaker condo we have stayed in, and this was our favorite. Nicely updated kitchen. Great screened porch. Very well decorated and comfortable. Everything was immaculate, inside and out. The location is perfect, directly across from an easy beach access. The whole process was very smooth and trouble-free all the way around.

Beach stay

This was a wonderful property. It was a very easy walk to the beach each day. We also loved the convenience to the pool. This place and area had a resort feel. Would definitely plan another stay in the future.

Perfection on the beach

This property was amazing. So close to everything on Seabrook and the house was fully stocked with everything you could need while on vacation. Beds were comfy too!

Close to beach

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week together as a family in a Spinnaker Beach Villa. It was perfect for 5 adults and one dog. The dog liked the screened porch where he could watch people, other dogs, birds and squirrels but we knew he was contained. We were thrilled that that the kitchen had a roaster for our 12 pound turkey, mixer for mashed potatoes and a pie pan. There are plenty of dishes and glasses and every kitchen gadget we could think of. Beach access #9 is across the street which is very convenient. Golf and outdoor pool are also very close but the indoor pool and racquet courts are quite a distance away. The island is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is hard packed for walking at low tide and dolphin watching is easy from shore.

Very relaxing!!!

Absolutely loved the beach house!!!! The house was so well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the screened in porch. My husband thoroughly enjoyed taking his morning walk everyday. Even though it rained and was cold--we had a fantastic time. The beds were fantastic!!! So comfortable. I am definitely going to book again!!! Thank you.

Seabrook stay

This was our first time in Seabrook! The island is beautiful with lots of space to explore. The home was close to the beach and pool with room for our family and dog.

everything we wanted and needed

kitchen full stocked plenty of seating beds were very comfortable and so were blankets. comforters usually gross me out but these had washable blankets on top which seemed to be washed each time. view was amazing cross the street and there is the beach after you cross through pelican watch condos- 5 minute walk to beach, we walked the path through the villas and cut across the beach club so we never had to be on the main road when walking just for crossing over. plenty of games for kids dvds smart tvs worked great (each room had a tv) they had dog bowls for the dog under the carport there was a beach wagon with boogie boards (5-6), plenty of sandcastle toys, shovels, there is a hose under the deck which was very helpful internet worked great for all our devices and work laptops lagoon view is very pretty plenty of beach towels and a beach cooler plenty of bath towels tons and tons of pillows (the king upstairs must have had 10 pillows) personal fan for noisemaker in upstairs bedroom I enjoyed the crosswind from the upstairs double balcony master is big enough to do Yoga plenty of books washer and dryer are very new and work great plenty of parking spaces in front of condo we had a 5 and 4 year old (5 year old got the queen and the 4 year old had the twin) maybe add a dvd player in the downstairs room for the kids grill had plenty of propane like how the front porch was screened in couch in living room has a pull out bed this was perfect for 4 downstairs room was plenty big to add an air mattress if needed if you are going to add anything maybe a bike with a cart? or 2 bikes? and that is stretching- unit really had everything. we really enjoyed our stay. we visit twice per year and will stay here each time if available.

An excellent value!

We had a wonderful experience at 746 Spinnaker. From the moment we walked in the door we felt like we were right at home. It was comfortable and spacious with a wonderful view over the golf course. There is a great mixture of indoor and outdoor living space, and it is ideally located to easily get to all the amenities provided at Seabrook. We love to cook and we were delighted to discover a well equipped kitchen. Also there were abundant linens and towels, and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning soon.

New Owners have Updated Items!!!!

Dear Pam, We are the new owners of 746 Spinnaker. While it didn't happen "on our watch", we are very concerned that your stay in July was so disappointing. As frequent travelers and short term rental customers, we also have very high expectations for the properties that we visit, with a special focus on cleanliness, convenience and comfort. We have carefully read your review and are in the process of investigating every item that you have identified, so that we can avoid any of these issues for future guests, as well as for ourselves, since we plan on spending time there during the off season. We are local owners, and our primary residence is less than 30 minutes from Seabrook Island, so we will be providing continuous oversight on the property maintenance. In fact, we will be making all needed repairs and some updates in the next 90 days. We really liked the suggestions you made for the kitchen, adding some serving bowls and making room for our guests to organize and store their own supplies. So in summary, we want to thank you sincerely for bringing these issues to light. While we truly understand that you may not be inclined to return to our property, we hope that you will consider it for next year. Thank you, M&M

Property needs works and tlc

The property looked great in the pictures we saw so we rented. Upon arrival we guessed the pics must of been taken a few years back. The place just seemed to have been neglected for awhile. Little maintenance things that have gone unrepaired for some time have now turned into what will be big repairs and replacements. Kitchen faucet wrong size for smaller sink, it sprays wildly if not used as a mere trickle, this has lead to counter and backsplash consistently being wet which has lead to heavy black mold and small insect infestation between sink mount and counter. Grill and grill tools used & dirty upon arrival complete turnoff. Last tenants used recycle bin for trash instead of trash bin, it was teeming w fly’s and smelled, the trash pickup would not take because recycle bin not trash bin. Woke up 2 mornings in a row to infestation of caterpillars all over floors in kitchen, LR, D/R, downstairs bedroom & bath. Some were even crawling on LR furniture, they were obviously living inside somewhere and possibly our presence disturbed them and out they came, it was disgusting. Killed at least 35-40 caterpillars in two mornings, big caterpillars like 1-2” long. Black mold under edge of MB bathfitter unit that a piece or two would break free when showering. Found 3 HUGE Dead Palmetto bugs on floor in downstairs bedroom my teens were using. Berber carpeting in desperate need of thorough cleaning throughout unit. Kitchen small but workable, decent amount of cutlery, plates but not one serving bowl? Also no free cupboard space for renters food & supplies, we stacked everything on counters were we could and on center island which left us no working counter space at all. Overall the unit needs major updating, exterminating and cleaning. We were quite disappointed, heard unit recently sold hope new owners do what’s necessary to fix above! Seabrook Island itself is beautiful, had been before but noticed this time at Pelicans nest hostess and serve staff often rude and inattentive like they didn’t want to be there. I think problem is tip included in charges so no incentive for decent service. Upsetting because it’s not inexpensive, 3 burgers and drinks = $75 lunch! I don’t mind paying more BUT I expect the service and food to be decent, again very disappointed...The pools and beaches spectacular as always and grounds meticulous.... Don’t think we will be back again, much changed since last visit in 2014 and not for the better.
