Great stay

Beach house was very clean, easy check in and great location. We had a problem with the keypad the second day but the property manager came out quickly and fixed it. Other than that, it was a seamless stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very unique, very perfect!

This unit was by far the most tastefully furnished one we ever stayed in on Seabrook Island! And we have been vacationing there for 25 years. The view from the living area panoramic windows are out of this world.I hope we will be able to book this unit again.

Terrific House

The owner included everything you could want. We own a beach club villa but needed some extra space because family was staying at our house. This was perfect for us.

Great place

House like new, pristine. We stay in rentals 2 months each year. Overall, this has been our best experience. Even the grill was functional. Many nice walks from the house. Beach easy to access. Shopping near by.

The property looks like the pics and it’s spacious. Location is great! AC was great and kitchen was well stocked. It’s confusing who manages this property as you get emails from coastal getaways but separate instructions for checkout are in the villa and they conflict each other. Overall, the cleaning was just ok. Arrived to long hair on bathroom floor and in the shower. On our last night, we arrived to the villa, flipped the light on and a cockroach went into the kitchen behind the fridge. We never saw other evidence of pests thankfully. Both bathrooms could use better lighting by the vanity to get ready. Overall, the space and location made up for this. Property is on the market so you may get asked to allow a showing. We asked if the villa had a keurig and were told yes, but it didn’t. There is a regular coffee pot and a nespresso. In the end, just giving our honest feedback.

We are incredibly sorry that a few aspects of your stay fell short. Finding hair upon arrival is unacceptable, and we are addressing this with our cleaning team. We also apologize for the coffee maker confusion and the conflicting checkout instructions due to 3rd party booking. Please rest assured that the villa is on a strict pest control plan, but we are sending an inspector out immediately to ensure it remains isolated.
