The condo was very close to the pool which was nice. The pool and splash pad are very nice and there are plenty of deck chairs available. The property was a described. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there were enough beds and towels for everyone. The common areas (living/dining areas) were cramped but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. A couple of things kept me from giving a 5 star review.1. On the day we arrived I was informed that the dryer was not working and that someone was coming to look at it. Evidently a part needed to be ordered so we were without a dryer for our entire stay. There was nothing done to accommodate us…maybe that’s expecting too much.2. On the second day I went to put the trash in the trash bench and the trash from the previous renter was still there. You can imagine what it was like after sitting in the Florida heat for a couple days. I was told that the management company was aware and could we pleasetake our trash straight to the dumpster.The bench was never emptied or cleaned during our stay.

Great place!

My son and I recently made a quick trip down to the parks and stayed here. The unit had a fantastic location, was super clean and communication with the owner was great!

Great place

Great atmosphere! Pool, slides and splash pad was loved by all! Only suggestion is the pool was a little warm, it could have been cooler.

Great location

Loved our vacation at this condo ! A little out dated but loved the space and how close it was to pool and splash pad. Close to Disney as well and Walmart. Cindy the owner was great and very responsive. Would stay again
