Fabulously positioned renovated beach house only a 600m stroll to the beautiful bay beach and 2kms to the back beach! Dog friendly! Quiet court location.
1.6km to the Blairgowrie cafes and a short drive to Sorrento or Rye.

North facing backyard with grass and paving. Outdoor setting, new weber style BBQ perfect for summer living.

Cozy wood fire for the cooler months. Three bedrooms available, 2 with brand new Queen beds/plush mattress and 1 with 2 single beds. Linen and towels provided. Pls bring your own beach towels
Work/study desk in all 3 bedrooms.

I am an Operating Theatre Nurse and have a husband and 3 children. I love sport, eating out, spending time with family and friends and relaxing days spent walking or reading a book on the beach .

Why they chose this property

I love our house because it is fully renovated, light , bright and a 600 metre easy walk to the beautiful front beach that is dog friendly and very peaceful and quiet most of the year. Our house is in a quiet court location. I love the Blairgowrie cafes and restaurants that are only a 15 minute walk for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. The back yard is flat/grassed and large enough for kids cricket and great for BBQ,s too. Fully fenced to keep our cavoodle safe.
