PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. (THE FIRST DAY UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF THAT MONTH) WE CAN NOT SPLIT MONTHS AS PER OUR HOA. YOU MAY BOOK MORE THAN ONE MONTH BUT THE BOOKING MUST BE IN MONTHLY INCREMENTS.

Spend your vacation in a newly finished first floor condo in the gated community of Sorrento in Bonita Springs.
This beautifully decorated home features an open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry and back splash. Tile floors throughout.
King size bed in master bedroom with master bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The den has a queen sized bed. The home also includes a full 2nd bathroom.
Living room is equipped with a 50” flat screen television and free Wi-Fi throughout the condo. The living room opens up to a screened lanai with table and 4 chairs. The condo has a full size washer and dryer. We also supply beach chairs and an umbrella for a day at the beach. Our home is located approximately 15 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast.
We are located close to many casual and fine dining restaurants, outlet mall shopping, upscale shopping centers, health food stores, grocery stores, mini golf courses, regular golf courses, dog races, casino, sunset cruises, fishing, kayaking, and of course our beaches and wonderful sunsets.
Our community has a resort style pool with waterfall, a bocce ball court and community room with TV and Wi-Fi. The community is also equipped with a fitness center.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful place!

Clean, neat, comfortable, well set up with wonderful owners! We really enjoyed our month here this year. We were able to take long walks and bike rides (great, new bikes provided) through the adjoining Palmira neighborhoods and we enjoyed the Sorrento pool , complete with a waterfall! Thanks to Mark and Christina and their very helpful property manager for making our stay so wonderful! Wish we could come back again.
