The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 908 is a fabulous and stunning 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo facing the beautiful beaches of Mustang Island. This unit has recently been remodeled with dazzling Iceberg Quartzite counter tops and lovely enhancements throughout that will make your stay feel both luxurious and comfortable.

Designed to make you feel like you are out on a boardwalk, the condo is laid with an Italian wooden plank style tile throughout. The kitchen has "no-slam" cabinets with motion sensor toe lights underneath that automatically turn on and off upon entrance and exit of the room. All the appliances are brand new stainless steel Kitchen Aid with a matching "hands free" kitchen faucet. Unique of this condo, is the cabinet lighting that projects from underneath the counter top to really show off the Iceberg Quartzite at night, these lights come on with the motion sensor toe lighting.

Extended just off the breakfast bar, is a small study desk that allows for laptop use, or a place to get some last minute work in. The chairs and couch are as comfy as can be with a 50" flat screen TV in the living room. Tucked in the corner of the condo is a tall breakfast table, allowing you to see up over the railing of the balcony, with a fabulous icicle light fixture atop. There are solar shades in the living room to help with the bright sun in the mornings as it comes up over the Gulf. The kitchen table is set for 6 while the breakfast bar seats 3. Another convenience of this condo are the tall patio chairs that let you view the ocean with nothing blocking your view, a huge component for enjoying your vacation!

In the Master bedroom, there is plenty of space to clear your mind and relax. An inviting chair in the corner awaits you while there is a bench in front of the king sized bed. The full sized closet has full length mirrors to help you with outfit coordination and a place to hang your belongings. In the master bath there is a large vessel sink atop the Quartzite counter top with a fantastic vanity mirror to help get ready in the mornings, you will wish this one was in your bathroom! Not only is this mirror perfect for getting prepared for the day, there is a TV that you can watch inside of it, truly one of a kind.The shower is a marble walk in, with a handheld fixture and plenty of space for your belongings.

The guest bedroom has a queen and twin sized bed along with a full sized closet and convenient shelving for your guests to feel right at home. Attached to this bedroom is the guest bathroom that has a full sized bath tub, built in shelving to put your toiletries and a groovy tile design.

Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Blu Ray/DVD players attached and plantation shutters over the windows. The two bathrooms also have the motion sensor toe lighting upon entering.

Each item in the place has been handpicked for comfort and with meticulous design; once you stay in this beach condo you will be asking for it again and again!

A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Texas SandFest, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
