Beautiful downtown oasis, with a pool & walking distance to the beach

Villa Nasua is located in downtown Jaco at only 4 blocks (400 meters) from the beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants/bars, grocery stores, and meat, fish, and vegetable markets. The location is one of Villa Nasua attractions. The small villa consists of 6 condos that surrounds the swimming pool. The gardens provide a quiet and peaceful retreat after a long day of activities.

The condos are spacious and comfortable. Each unit is a 2 story building. Clean and comfortable. AC in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. There is hot water all throughout the condo, wood closets and a safe deposit box in each bedroom.
Each apartment has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 double size bed. Bedroom #2 has 1 double size bed; Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size bed. One safety box per room. There are 2 full bathrooms on upstairs and one downstairs.
In the first floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with large stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, blender and a variety of utensils to use for preparing your meals. The dining room has large table that seats 6 persons. The living room has a flat TV and comfortable sofas. Wireless internet and one secured and gated parking space per condo. The office is open during the day and a there is a night guard at night.
All six condos surrounds the swimming pool, a large pool, that is shared by all guests..
