Unidad de dos dormitorios en complejo tranquilo de cuatro. La propiedad tiene un patio completamente cercado y admite mascotas para los animales. Great little spot for the family and pup

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Neat and tidy facilities. great yard for the pup and secure back area outside. Comfortable and well appointed for the price

With a short stroll to the main beach in shops. We really enjoyed the house as we came back for the second time in cresta 1. The real estate was great answering back very quickly.

Nicely setup unit and great you can take your dog as yard is safe.Only thing to happen was vacuum cleaner didn’t work and mop was broken but after calling into real estate to advise this was dealt with very promptly.Only thing I could recommend is that a larger doona and cover be available for main bed and new pillows as the spare ones in cupboard were yellowing and old so I didn’t use them.Crescent head real estate were good to deal with dependant on who you spoke to. One staff member seriously needs to get coached in customer service skills and to actually learn to be more pleasant.

Excellent location, great value.

The property was clean. However from Day 1 the bathroom STUNK... Like dried urine. I ended up going into Kempsey to get bleach to clean the bathroom but even this did not ease the smell! 😭 So this isn't a cleaner issue, it was a piping issue. I did contact the agent but got no response whatsoever. The property was great tho. Comfortable and clean. They only supply one roll of toilet paper, one thing of dishwasher and washing machine m so bring your own! Local prices are severely more expensive. We went back into Kempsey for a big shop. There is a secure backyard however there's no shade whatsoever for pups so don't count on leaving your pup for any amount of time!!!! A dog house or shade sail is essential for making the back yard ok to leave a pet. The bunk bed was also broken on the top bunk so we put the middle kid on it cuz it looked too unsafe for the oldest kid. Also we hauled bedding for 5 for 10 hrs to arrive and realise we could of just brought fitted sheets and a doona cover as there's plenty of blankets around. But we did love the property, was easier than setting up our camper!!!

Hi Leslie Your feedback was received by email to our office after you departed so I couldn't fix any of the issues below for you during your stay. I have been to the property and had a plumber at the property and we cannot for the life of us work out the issue with the smell and have never had this issue in the past. Yes we provide a welcome pack which includes a roll of toilet paper, scourer, chux, dish washing detergent satchel, washing machine powder, dishwasher powder as a start for our guest as a complimentary service. Your option is to get a Woolworths online delivery to you or support our local Food Works. We where not aware of the bunk being damaged by a previous guest - we have had a new bed on order and will be delivered during this month. Yes there is basic bedding provided being doonas, doona covers, mattress protectors etc, but most guests like to have a fitted and flat sheet and their own pillowcases. It is an option to hire if you wish. The Owners after your feedback have asked us to purchase a small dog Kennel which has been done. The large yard has many trees and shade. Most dog owners do not like to leave their pet at home as they may bark and upset the neighbours. Regards, Nicole Shannon @ CHRE

Large house with everything you need

The place was surprisingly much larger than you can tell from the photos. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday away in Crescent. The only minor drawback is that it is slightly out of the centre of town. A 10 minute walk or a short car drive is all you need though.
