Across the road from the Anglesea Hotel you will find this modern and stylish townhouse in a neat and tidy complex. The complex has secure off street parking and has a shared inground pool available to use, so if the beach isn't for you, sitting by the pool might be your preference. The main bedroom and ensuite are upstairs and you will enjoy the the private balcony for those morning coffees. The kitchen and open plan living area is also located upstairs and is bright and breezy with beautiful windows that allow the sea breezes to flow through. All of your heating and cooling creature comforts are well taken care of with two split systems – 1 upstairs and 1 down, panel heaters in each bedroom plus pedestal fans. It has all the appliances you will need, including an all important coffee machine. There is a balcony off the the living area that has an electric BBQ which is the perfect place to sit on those warm summer evenings in Anglesea and watch the world go by. There is also a second entertaining area downstairs that is fully fenced, so the kids will be safe. Please note that this property may accept pets upon application. There is also a secluded side gate for quick access to Camp Road to the shops. Just inside the gate you will also find an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The property boasts three further bedrooms, and a separate family bathroom with a bathtub. If you're looking to stay in a quality home, close to all amenities, with a pool to use when it's too windy for the beach, this is the place for you.

**Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.

So happy to find everything looked as good as the pictures. The rooms suited our group perfectly, especially the largest room with enough floor space to fit the travel cot for the baby. The backyard was great for the dog and the balcony was a fantastic space for the bbq. Hope to have another stay.

This place was great, awesome location, as a group of adults we were very comfy here. There were a few basic items lacking (eg soap, toilet paper olive oil) that we had to go and buy so just bring that with you if they haven't added those to the house. We would stay again!

I am sorry that you were disappointed that your children couldn't use the pool, but unfortunately from time to time maintenance has to be undertaken and this is done at the discretion of the owners. We booked this last minute as we wanted to extend our stay down on surf coast for few extra days. Host was fabulous given the short notice. Clean and comfortable with fabulous outdoor space which we and pup enjoyed thoroughly! Not far from both shops and beach.
The place was great. The kitchen/living area was really open and light. The deck saw plenty of sun and was a great spot to spend some downtime during the day. The house is really close to the shops so anything you need was within walking distance. The whole booking and check-in process was super easy too

The property itself was located perfectly and the trip itself was enjoyable, since then, the letting agent has really let the property down. Taking money from your account without contact and then claiming it is to get a cleaner in really worried me that the property does not get cleaned in between tenants. Property Manager Jayde laughing at our requirement for WiFi to use our baby monitor and asking if it was that important shocked everyone. Such a shame that the holiday has ended on this note! Avoid this agency at all costs.
