Issues getting WIFI password, never able to get the TV to work. DVD player is broken, which would have been handy with 3 small children.

Beautiful home and property!
Great rental property in the middle of nowhere. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and I hope to get the opportunity to do so.
The place is large and plenty of room for 10 people. Everything in the kitchen we needed.

Beautiful property!
The farm house was perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is roomy and can accommodate an extended family comfortably. Beautiful setting near a lake and golf course. Bill was very helpful and answered all our questions. Property is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants in Crandon.
Host was great at communicating with us, but place was very old, and couches needed to be replaced. No air conditioning, so staying for the 4th of July was not optimal. My adult children and new grandchild could not sleep on the second floor, the windows were very old, we were afraid to open them, but we had to, in order for the kids to use the 2nd floor bedrooms. Was great place to have our dog along for the weekend, though. Cute country setting. Steam engine train runs from 10 am to 3pm right through the front yard, so can’t let your small children run free!! Careful pulling into property during those hours. We didn’t spend our days there, as we were visiting family on a lake nearby, so it was just a place to sleep, so it worked fine for our needs, once we got the windows opened and got the many fans going. House was pretty clean except for the living room furniture.
Very clean and spacious! The interior could use some updates. Some minor repairs are needed. Bedroom blinds didn’t close so anyone outside could see inside. We would like to see curtains or blinds in the kitchen windows. Others may not have any issues with these. Overall very relaxing!
The stay was very good, it was clean and functional. Would have probably stayed again but unfortunately after arriving home I was charged on my credit card $150 for damages they claimed I was responsible for. They falsely accused me of knocking down a RR sign that I have absolutely no knowledge of, I found out 3 days later I was being charged and accused of something I did not do, no contact from them at all to ask me if I knew anything about it, A very pleasant stay turned into a false accusation and unexpected charge on my card. Very disappointing a good time ends up being an insult
Not a palace, but a nice comfortable lodge type place with plenty of room. Bring your own condiments, as there was only a salt shaker in the kitchen

Liked: Check-in, location
RAIN
I had a hard time getting property managers phone no. to call. Their was areas in the house that were not clean. It was a very relaxing house. The area in Laona was a little far from were I wanted to be. Overall I liked it. It was very quiet.
This is the second time we have stayed here and enjoyed both our stays. The property is beautiful and peaceful, we saw deer every night on the pasture. Wish we could stay longer and enjoy all there is to see and do here!
Besides a small snafu with phone numbers checking in, everything was great. The property was secluded except for the Logging museum, but we enjoyed waving at the visitors coming in and out on the train. We loved being a short walk to the water. The caretaker was super nice and and made sure we knew he was available if needed. Would love to stay again!

GREAT place!
The space was a LOT larger than we anticipated. Everything was clean and well stocked on toiletries/towels, etc. We didn't have enough time to truly enjoy all the accommodations like the outdoor fire pit and BBQ. This would be a great place for a group trip just to hang out in the beautiful north woods and watch the stars around a nice campfire. The kitchen/dining area is spacious enough for a large group to play board games, and eat together. Would DEFINITELY stay again! (And hope to!)

easy in and easy out
The owners made it easy for us. We arrived late, but found the place open for us and lights on. The place is perfect for a hunting week, but we're cyclists and it was just as perfect.

Very enjoyable, host was friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful farmhouse and property. We were able to snowmobile right from the property to the trails. Best bang for your buck when it comes to the size and room of the rental.

Get a lot for the $
I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and greatly enjoyed the place. Heard coyotes one night, saw several pheasants. I was a solo traveler and had the entire front of the lodge all to myself -- a big living room, full kitchen, comfortable bedroom and 1.5 bath. All for ab incredibly inexpensive rate/night. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It is a nice place and a great value
