The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All changes to reservation must be approved in writing (including occupancy). There will be a $200 fee per additional day or night time guest added.
Confrontational behavior or use of profanity against our staff is strictly prohibited. Do not arrive to the community or property before checkin time.
All guests are required to maintain medical insurance to pay for any injury that occurs during their stay. Including daytime guests .

Wonderful house with plenty of room. Amazing view of the city, even better at night. Easy communication with host. Close enough to town you can get what you need without taking a big chunk of your day. Far enough from town to see the city lights and a good amount of stars. Short drive gets you to gates pass and into the national park. All arouns great place to stay

Beautiful Scenery!

Great setup in a great location. Loved getting to explore the Tucson Mountains and saguaros so close. Appreciated the tips from Ron on the area and the home. We enjoyed our stay!

The sun shone on the pool til about 5 in the afternoon so you had all day to enjoy it. Hours were spent on the patio.The house was clean and had everything we needed.Granddaughter loved the open spaces and views of the city at night for pictures. Second time staying here and couldn't be happier. Thank you Ron

Graduation Week in Tucson!! Bear Down

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Awesome kitchen, lots of space for 8 people and super fun backyard. Swimming, spa, bbq and we were able to witness the wildlife in the area. Ron was an awesome host. I would most definitely recommend staying here. We were far enough away from town to enjoy the beautiful canyons and privacy but yet only 15 minutes from the UOA Campus .

Fantastic setting, comfortable home

We had a lovely week at Ron's home. For us, the location and setting were perfect, as we were looking to be in the mountains and close to the west side of the park/the desert museum. The home was as described and had more than enough room for our family of five. We used the pool daily. As an owner, Ron was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the PERFECT desert getaway. Had our 4 & 6 year old grandsons and parents for several days of the stay and the kids loved the pool and seeing the wildlife and cactus. 4 very comfy lounge chairs with cushions with 3 umbrellas for late afternoon shade. Landscaping and lighting made the evening gorgeous. We had a beautiful full moon to enjoy one night. You can’t ask for a better view and neighborhood is very private. The kitchen has every spice, oil, utensils and cookware you need to make anything. We enjoyed cooking out every night. Only left house 2 times to stock up more food. All the beds were extremely comfortable and bedding soft. Spent evenings on the porch eating dinner and then finishing off the night around the fire pit with our last drink. Can’t ask for better accommodations anywhere. This is on the top of our list to be back again.

Great Location

We had a really great time at this property. The location is great and the views are fantastic. The owner (Ron) was super responsive to any questions we had and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. View of the desert near the city

We were in town for college baseball spring training at Kino Sports Complex. The house was perfect location and offered plenty of space to relax and recharge. Convenient groceries and restaurants near by as well. Ron was easy to work with and house is as advertised!

This was an amazing property, picturesque desert landscape. Ron our host was super helpful, easy to work with. His place has high end appliances, well-stocked to cook. So appreciated not having to buy or go without spices, oils for cooking. Loved our stay there, would go back.

Well equipped house

Nice place near west saguaro np. Its expensive but comfortable and convenient. Lovely area. Really 3 bedrooms since 4th has no door. Great if you can handle the cost or for couples sharing a room.

Lovely relaxing visit

The property is lovely with a beautiful setting. We spent a week here. Enjoyed the pool tremendously. Cooked many meals. Went hiking a few days. It feels remote but you are in a gated community. Beds were comfortable and tv entertainment was superb. I highly recommend this place. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Ron was outstanding as a hot with seamless access and outstanding accommodations! Ron provides excellent coffee beans to a top-of the line coffee maker, appliances are all state-of-the-art and easy to use. We cooked with the chef's kitchen, with nearly every spice and utensil imaginable! Nice touch welcome package, beautiful pool, and pool table. We enjoyed our visit and will be back soon!
