This centrally located St George Utah Vacation Rental is the ideal accommodation for the perfect vacation getaway for golfing in St George, hiking and exploring Zion National Park. You'll also enjoy the water at Sand Hollow Reservoir or your sparkling swimming pools at the clubhouse. Coral Ridge has recently added another pool for all to enjoy!

This St. George, Utah Vacation rental features 2700 sq. ft. The home has a main floor master suite with jetted tub and large separate shower as well as a 39 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. The master has a French door to access the patio with its stunning views overlooking Coral Canyon. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry and granite counter-tops with seating for 9 at the bar and table. The family room is open to the kitchen with a fireplace and 48 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. Off of the family room overlooking the 4th green are all of the things you need to enjoy an evening sunset, including lounge chairs, outdoor tables, and seating and a gas BBQ. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, two-car oversized garage, half bath, and full capacity washer and dryer finish off the main level.

Main Level King Suite

Upstairs are three bedrooms in addition to a TV/Family room.
The first bedroom offers a king-size pillow-top with a private covered balcony and chairs to sit and enjoy the views of the pool as well as looking toward Zion National Park.

The second bedroom offers a King-size pillow-top with a French door to access a covered patio overlooking the 4th green and Coral Canyon.

The upstairs loft area has 1 Twin and one Double size mattress with a TV and DVD player to enjoy playing games or watching a movie undisturbed.

The final room upstairs is a room with a comfortable couch and overstuffed chair with ottoman to enjoy TV and relaxation away from the main floor.

Extras! 4 comfortable portable mattresses with pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a large assortment of games and other activities the children can do if they don't want to spend all of their time at the pool that is conveniently located less than 100 feet directly across the residential street. There is also a fishing pond across the street.
