Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.

Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North Beach.

The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.

To help you have a great time on Isla Mujeres, we can assist you with planning your transfer from the airport to the ferry. We can have a golf cart waiting for you at the villa, rental fees apply.

I highly recommend this property, exactly as advertised. The property manager met us and showed us around, he was also very helpful with arranging some things for us. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as beach gear.

We enjoyed the condo in Isla. It was a close walk to Mangos (great for breakfast) and Oscars (great for lunch and dinner). The space was beautiful and we would stay there again.

Wonderful retreat

Hubby and I stayed 4 nights at this location and loved it. Beautifully designed and comfortable condo. Great location. Loved the rooftop pool and the happy hour at the bar with the local musicans.We rented a golf cart from Memo and it was a wonderful way to toot around the island and go to restaurants.Would highly recomment this location and hope to return again in the near future!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Isla 33. We loved the location and condo since it was quieter than downtown. We walked to different restaurants every night so very little driving. The view is amazing since we got to see the sunrise and the sunset from the condo. We hope to get to come back!

The condo was centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the ocean and lagoon were absolutely stunning. The proximity to the ring road made it a bit noisy at night but the interior room was quiet. All amenities available at your need.

We loved the unit and the location. Very comfortable and very nice amenities. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing. The location of the property is convenient to everything by walking or traveling by golf cart. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect beautiful condo located in middle of island.

Well equipped condo with lovely decor. Enjoyed watching the unique beautiful sunrises every morning and then the sunset from the roof top terrace. So many beaches to explore, great restaurants to walk to or rent a golf cart.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Susanna! Chuck and Memo were incredibly helpful with all of our needs while we were there. The condo is more beautiful than the photos. The view from the windows is breathtaking with the expansive ocean views. We felt like we were sitting on the water. Locals were incredibly kind and we plan to visit again soon. Isla 33 building has everything we could need such as restaurant, bar, live music, pools, easy parking for golf cart, beautiful walking trails, and we couldn’t get over the amazing roof top pool which we had all to ourselves. We appreciated the calmer environment of mid-island versus the north end (Centro). Thank you so much for hosting us, Chuck!

Fantastic Unit/Island

Perfect place for 2 couples...great location ...really nice place....great for kids I am sure too....Perfect for cooking/eating some meals in, especially breakfast, when not visiting Polo's Mango Cafe, which is about 6 blocks away!
