Lovely, private, and comfy rental property in the heart of Isla Mujeres! Within walking distance from famous Playa Norte and all its nice beach clubs. Amazing sunsets await you.

steps from the walkway or Malecon. Block and a half away from Hidalgo St., where you can experience the culinary feast that the island has to offer. Easy access to bars, shops, and restaurants.

Since we are located downtown you can walk everywhere. We suggest renting a golf cart for a day or two to explore the south side of the island.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. It had everything I mean everything you could want or need. The communication with host was top notch. The location is fantastic so many great restaurants nearby and beautiful north beach a short walk away. The island is beautiful would definitely come back 🌴

I heart CASA mia

This property is centrally located. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. There’s a lovely balcony up on the second floor with a partial view of the water. Response time from the property managers was excellent. I would suggest that they put a sign on the front of the property because there’s no way to know that that’s the property. Yes I would stay there again. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Great location. House was great. There was a strong order on the 2nd floor. Appeared to come from the drain. 1st floor shower drains very slow. Still loved the spot

Great overall

This house was great overall, there were some minor issues with the house that needs some attention. Broken lounge chairs on upper patio. We had to reconnect the pipes under the kitchen sink and clean up a big mess. There was only 1 towel per person for 8 nights (not a huge issue though, there was a laundry near by that was very reasonably priced). The house was central to all necessities as well as the beaches, shopping and nightlife! We had a fantastic time and quite honestly would recommend this host to anyone looking for a great vacation home!

GREAT STAY in ISLA!

I would echo the previous reviewers. The location is top notch. Communication with the owner/manager was proactive and extremely responsive when needed. We were able to find the property without any difficulties walking off the ferry. Everything you need is well within close walking distance. Yes there are a few imperfections (plumbing isn't the best, more towels would be nice, upstairs bedroom lets in a bit too much light and the street noise can be loud late at night) BUT the good that this lovely apartment offers far outweighs these minor issues. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and our family of 4 had tons of room. We didn't turn on the TVs while we were there so can't comment on that. The apt. was very clean and well appointed. We would book here again (and most likely will because Isla Mujeres is amazing and going once is not enough) without a second thought. We couldn't take advantage but were offered a late checkout if we needed. Thanks so much Marcelo!

Great location near the beach

Great location. Super cute apartment. Well appointed. Stairs were a bit steep to the suite upstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern & Updated Apartment In Perfect Location

This apartment is so cute. I agree that a sign outdoors would be great to better identify it. It is next to a construction site so a times we might hear noise but that whole area is lively and noisy so didn’t bother us a bit. Our teenage boys could come and go to go walk through the shops and grab a bite to eat or walk to the beach. If you want more of a condo experience vs hotel for your family in the Playa Norte area this is perfect. With teens this was by far the most convenient area to stay in. Only problem we had at all was toilet in master bathroom didn’t work which was a bit of a hassle so that was unfortunate but considering all that was great about this place it wasn’t a big deal.

Cute apartment next to a construction site

This apartment would have been a pleasant stay except for the construction site next door. Noise, flying grit and a team of workers constructing a building directly next door to this property made outlet stay unpleasant to say the least. The crew worked weekdays from 9am - 7pm, making the food and terrace completely unusable during that time and the noise inside the apartment (with windows closed) was loud and unrelenting. The building has a ways to go so I’d caution anyone to avoid this property until it’s complete. When I complained to the property owner, she simply said that the construction was out of her control and offered nothing more then a brief apology.I would not rent from this owner again.

Unexpected Construction Zone

The location to town and the malecon was convinient. The condo was well stocked with beach essentials and the furnishings were very comfortable. The problem was the proximity to a construction site adjacent to the condo. Loud noise, dust and constant banging we're a daily occurrence. The 2nd floor balcony looks directly into an open room used as home for the construction workers. The rooftop tanning area was unusable do to being in full view of the construction workers. The high season rate was not justified due to the ongoing construction. Nothing was mentioned during booking. This is not a small construction site. The building has been under construction for several months and the leasing agent was well aware of the impact it would have on those staying in the condo. This type of dishonesty is unacceptable. I hope this review gets posted so others considering this condo can negotiate a fair price or avoid this option altogether. There will be several more months of construction so be advised!

Beautiful Island Spot

We had a wonderful time on Isla Mujeres. This rental is close to beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the ferry. Casa Mia was a great spot to unwind at the end of a day hanging out at the beach and adventuring around the island.

Nice casa

This is a modern house in a great location just steps away from the Malecon and Hidalgo street. It worked great for 4 adults. Could really use a new table and chair set for the patio, and maybe the name on the front, since we never would have found it without a kind local man helping us. All in all, it was a very nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

Mix feelings about our stay

Good: Great location (close to downtown and the ferry) Location clean Beds very comfortable Air conditioning adequate Inside well decorated Bad: Very hard to get in touch with host especially a check in No address for the location (putting a Casa Mia sign in front of the house will help to locate it) Lot of noise from construction from the building next to the location Outside garden chairs are not utilisable (all rotten) The safe was not working (contacted host but she never showed up to fix it) Not recommendable for seniors as the stairs case to the second story is very dangerous(no railing) No instruction to use the entertainment unit Strong odour (can barely breathe) is coming from the sewer system

Walking distance to everything
