Your luxuriously furnished holiday home, south-facing and heated pool is located on a lake in a quiet residential street within the Tiger Island Estates in the Lely Golf Resort Comunity of the year 2008, awarded as one of the top on-dog communities in the USA in 2009.
The house is very sunny in the winter months and provides pleasant shade in summer due to the covered terrace. Thanks to the pool heating, you can enjoy swimming all year round.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a second bedroom. is equipped with a queen size bed and the third bedroom. with two single beds (twin).
The living room is furnished with 1 couch and 2 swivel armchairs, the dining room has 6 seats, the fully equipped kitchen has a kitchen bar with 4 bar stools and a breakfast corner with 4 seats.
There is an excellent supermarket in the area - 4 min.

Lely - House and surroundings: From the two large bedrooms you can access the terrace and the pool; this area is your actual living area in SW Florida. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, the terrace with a dining table and 6 chairs and an upholstered seating area for 5 people. You will have breakfast, relax, bathe in the pool, read a book in the partial shade of the palm trees, have a drink in the evening sun, then have a BBQ dinner and later relax with a glass by the illuminated pool. The covered terrace area is equipped with speakers so that you can enjoy your favorite music.
The resort and the golf courses are connected by more than 60 lakes. Natural areas and small forest areas have been left in the generously designed Lely Resort, where the numerous bird species, turtles, Florida panthers and alligators live in harmony with nature.
The Everglades (boat excursions) take about 30 minutes.

On I 75 - South, exit 101, further on 951. or from Miami (approx. 2 hours) on I 75 - North, exit 101 and 951st The larger rental car companies can be found directly at the airport in Ft. Myers (as well as transfer to rental car company in Miami)
Shopping: First-class addresses in the waterside shops on 5thAve. as well as 3rd. Street. Also in the Mercato and the Coconut Mall. You can go power shopping in the Mirromar outlets with well-known labels
