Nuestro bungalow recientemente renovado está aproximadamente a 1 minuto de la I-65. A solo 9 millas del centro de Louisville, es fácil llegar a Churchill Downs, el recinto ferial, ¡YUM! Centro, excelentes restaurantes y todo lo que una gran ciudad tiene para ofrecer.

El vecindario tranquilo y seguro está lo suficientemente cerca de TODO sin mucho ruido y congestión. Ubicado directamente fuera de la autopista con acceso rápido a tiendas, restaurantes, Churchill Downs y Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.

Una casa más antigua y bien vivida con mucho encanto que recientemente ha sido completamente renovada con todos los nuevos pisos de baldosas, HVAC y ventanas. Hay 3 dormitorios; Uno con una reina, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con una cama individual. Todo con camas nuevas y cómodas camas y ropa de cama.

La casa es un gran lugar para relajarse después de pasar el día explorando la zona. La sala de estar contiene un sofá grande, sofá cama, loveseat, una cómoda silla con otomana y un televisor inteligente de 4k. El comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro.

Si bien el patio trasero no está cercado, esta es una gran área para sus bebés de pieles. También hace un gran retiro cuando el clima lo permite. Puede disfrutar de un fuego y hay una gran mesa de patio de cristal. El garaje en el lugar se convirtió en un espacio habitable y puede estar ocupado durante su estadía, por lo que el patio trasero es un espacio compartido.

Cocina completamente equipada con vajilla, tostadora, utensilios para hornear, ollas y sartenes. Sal, pimienta, aceite de cocina y algunas otras especias en el gabinete.

Nice place to stay, cool little bungalow.

Property worked out perfectly for us. Single bathroom so juggling the timing was the only hitch . A few things need to be updated, but it has a cool 70's bungalow vibe. Clean sheets and towels and appointed as needed.

Nice cozy bungalow

We had a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and did a good job keeping the place clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property is far enough north to be out of the big city yet close enough to get there quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone checking out the Louisville area. Thank you!

Great Home Base

Needed a base of operations for the fam while visiting to see the new granddaughter. Was perfect for all to gather, in a home, and feel comfortable. Nice space, quiet neighborhood, close to Interstate, but still felt secluded. Will be back!

Wonderful property!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and arrived into town early and the hosts were so kind to let us check in a little early. The house was absolutely adorable and perfect! The beds were so comfortable and the house was extremely clean. The neighborhood was so quiet but just minutes from downtown Louisville where we played. Just a really nice place to come back to after a very long day! Would definitely recommend and if we ever play there again I hope it’s available.

The host is horrible they didn’t bother to tell us they were canceling our stay until I emailed to get the keys because we were on our way to the place. Then I just got a you our cancelled email. I would not trust these people!! They won’t let you cancel but they can cancel you and not tell you! They left us stranded!!

I'm so sorry for your experience. The property management company thought the booking had already been cancelled. That company was fired shortly after your cancellation.

GREAT! If you don't plan on using the restroom.........

This house is very nicely staged and set up as a VRBO. Clean, Cute and Conveniently located. Overall a GREAT VRBO.....however.....the toilet is horrendous and DOES NOT FLUSH!! WE had to plunge the toity EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we even just peed in it. It overflowed TWICE. There is a sign stating "sensitive plumbing", etc....NOT ADEQUATE AT ALL! The toilet (in our opinion) is non-functional. There is no reason why we should have to plunge multiple times a day on vacation. It was disgusting. I contacted the owners after our stay to voice my disappointment and requested a small refund (just one nights worth which seems reasonable!)....the owners NEVER EVEN RESPONDED to me. I was very disappointed. All in all, this is an adorable little house with wonderful things to offer and in a great quiet neighborhood close to the highways. They have done a great job and I would (under other circumstances) recommend this house to anyone....But with the toilet as-is, I honestly feel they should not be allowed to even rent it out until this is remedied. It was disgusting and totally NOT how I wanted to spend my vacation...plunging a toilet multiple times a day and sopping up overflow.... WE took to running down the street to the Circle K gas station to use their restroom....it got that bad! If you don't mind having to plunge...then by all means, RENT THIS HOME, it is very cute and comfortable in every other way, just don't plan on using the toity!!!!

I'm so sorry you feel that way. I really with you had let me know there was an issue so I had a chance to have it fixed during your stay. I wouldn't have expected you to clean up the mess from an overflowed toilet. And I would have had a plumber there the at the first sign of an issue. The toilet was working fine before your stay so I'm not sure what happened. I had a plumber come out to check it after you left and he couldn't find anything wrong with it and he flushed it multiple times and scoped it. Hopefully, if this ever happens to you again, anywhere, you let the owner / management know immediately and give them a chance to rectify the situation that way you don't have to drive somewhere else to use the toilet or clean up a mess. I'm so glad you enjoyed the rest of the house. We've worked hard on it to make it a cute and comfortable space for people to enjoy.

Could not have been better

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet neighborhood. The homeowners were very friendly and very prompt in responding to questions. It was me, and my 3 daughter and 2 dogs. Overall it was wonderful.

Truck Show getaway

My husband and friends felt safe, slept good, and were very comfortable when lounging around. The property is as it looks in the pictures. Great getaway place to stay! The owners are the best!

The place was all they said it was, plenty of linens, etc. host were super responsive too. If I weren’t in the process of moving here, I’d definitely stay again. Thanks y’all!

Disappointed after they charged an outrageous fee

Well we went into this trip thinking it was going to be a nice place to stay while in town for my business. There was only 3 adults and one small dog that travels often. Upon arriving the house it’s self was very nice on the inside and a small back yard. When leaving we cleaned up, did the dishes and swept the floors. At that time we only had 2 complaints; 1, The internet connection was so weak we couldn’t have more than 2 devices connected in the living room. That’s rather difficult when we have laptops and phones for work. 2, The freezer wasn’t freezing. We had gotten ice cream and popsicles which were both soupy until we left and all the sudden got cold again. We couldn’t eat any of them along with a couple other freezer things that were more refrigerated. Both were inconveniences but didn’t make it a bad stay.. It wasn’t until after our stay that we got upset. Days later I received an email saying we were being charged almost $300 additional! Almost half the price of the stay! Claiming my dog chewed their solid wood bench.. I have a 10 year old 15lb Pomeranian mix. She couldn’t even do that if she tried to! She’s an older lady at this point AND has gum issues. This wasn’t the first time they wanted additional money. During our stay they requested another $100 for pet fee, which I had already previously paid. At the time I figured that this was just a mistake but after being charged an additional $300 I don’t know any more. I travel for my work quite often and have never had an issue until now. After sketchy people like this we will be taking before and after pictures EACH TIME.

I'm sorry to hear you had internet problems and issues with the freezer. I wish you had mentioned these things to me during your stay so I could have made sure everything was in working order. No other guests have brought these things to my attention and I'll make sure the freezer is in working condition for future guests. As for the internet, if there were any issues locally, I don't have any control over that but I'll be sure to check out the router and make sure it's in working condition. As I explained, the additional damage charges were for the furniture that was ruined with spilled hot wax, burn / hot spots and chewed spots.

Business and pleasure

We needed a place to stay that would accommodate our visit to the area. The trip was business and pleasure. The place was centrally located to the expressway, so it made exploring the Indiana and Kentucky side very simple. There was plenty of room for us, and a good number of amenities to make us feel at home, when were not running around. We enjoyed the trip very much. The fact that we could have our little dog with us was even a bigger bonus ( who enjoyed her stay as well). The owners were attentive, accessible and offered some great local restaurant and brewery suggestions. Thank You for everything.

Bang for your buck!

Clean, quiet, easily accessible and close enough to get wherever we needed go. Not to mention being priced nicely! Definitely where we will stay anytime we are in the Louisville area.
