Great Stay

Would highly recommend. Owner is very proactive and responsive. Touched based with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. House was very clean, kitchen had the essentials. Theatre room is very nice bonus.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Each bedroom met our needs with plenty of space for everyone and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and outdoor lounge area and were thankful there were plenty of beach towels for our use. The theater and game room was amazing and was also utilized often but the entire family. The couple questions that did arise while staying were promptly answered. This was an absolutely wonderful home to stay in for our time in the Orlando area!. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic Villa!

Had a fantastic stay here. Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. From a 7yr old to a 75yr old, there was something for everyone. From the cinema room to the little library of books, the swimming pool/spa, the cable tech in the rooms and the kids games - it was excellent. Great communication with the owner and the property management company. Any queries were dealt with promptly. The gated community was also a positive. Would stay here again!

Excellent Villa that exceeded expectations

We had a great 2 week stay at the villa. Everything is in really good condition and there's TV's throughout with lots of good channels. Lots of large bedrooms with storage space and comfy beds.The games room has a huge projector for films and some very comfy cinema seats for everyone.We spent a lot of time in and around the south facing pool, which looks even better than the pictures when you are there. Nice and clean, a good hot tub and loads of good outdoor furniture. What made it for us was the pull down projector screen outside and being able to watch it whilst in the pool.Gated estate with everything from Wal-Mart to Papa John's to Dollar Tree only a couple of minutes drive away.Highly recommended villa for families.

Great Property

The property was exactly as described - there was enough room for 7 adults & 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The large umbrella by the pool was wonderful - it provided shade for the lounge chairs on the hot, humid days. The theater room was a such a great space. The kids & the adults loved watching videos & movies in a very comfortable space that was air conditioned. The owner & property manager were very responsive to any questions or concerns about the house. Of all the places we have rented over the years, this villa was the best!

Christmas 2023

It was GREAT!! Very spacious we all had fun in the game theatre room and pool. The dining table was large enough for us all to enjoy dinners. Would do this again in a heart beat. One suggestion read the pass they give you at the gate relating to where to park on the street. We didn’t so that was another adventure we won’t forget. LOL

Home away from home

This property is so homey! With enough room for everyone to spread out and relax, one of our favorite features is the movie/game room! This room is climate controlled even though it's a converted garage (that's rare in my experience). This is the second year we've chosen this property and the owners and property manager are a joy to work with. They changed from standard keys to a keypad, upgraded the door handles, etc. It's so nice to see that they continue to make improvements on this already excellent property. Thank you! 🙂

Legoland Trip

The house is close to the Florida attractions and is an ok place to stay but I felt there were some cleanliness issues with the kitchen and bathrooms. There was mold in the showers and toilets as well as ants. The dishwasher is not doing its job. A lot of the dishes in the cupboards were still dirty or had dried food attached including the silverware. There were numerous pillows to use but I couldn’t find any pillowcases. The thermostat needs to be simpler to use with buttons that adjust the temperature temporarily and then return to programmed settings.

Loved our stay!

This house was perfect for my family getaway! The alarm clocks at every night stand had charging stations in them - they were the perfect finishing touch to a wonderful stay! The movie theater is TRULY air conditioned like the rest of the home. I've been places that claim the "rec room" is able to be used year round but the heat kept us out. This rec room was truly as described. This felt like a home away from home - very comfortable to relax in. The only thing we wish they had was a railing at the steps into the pool, but I haven't found that at any of the rental homes in the 6-7 times we've stayed in this same neighborhood.

Favorite home

Villa Ohana feels like home. It is the perfect place to spend time reconnecting with family. The home is always in perfect condition and you can see that Doug and Wendy take pride in sharing it with others. This trip was extra special as our daughter will be going off to college next year and we know there are lots of changes in store for us. Thank you for the memories! ❤️

Villa Ohana Calabay Towers

This was our 13th villa in Florida and rates as one of the best. The technology and cinema room was amazing and the villa has everything you could ever want. The location was new to us but had lots of shops and restaurants around it. We had a great stay.

Family get together

We got together in this centralized area because my mother in law is ill. We very much appreciated how clean this property was and how accurate the listing was. Had plenty of room, the pool area was wonderful, and when we did use the movie/game room, that was great as well. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

This is a great house!

This house had everything shown in the pictures (which is not always the case)! There was plenty of furniture around the pool. The pool heat that we paid for was provided. The south facing pool was not overlooked by any nearby neighbors and the houses to either side were far enough away to give a nice sense of privacy. The neighborhood does not offer any amenities and none were promised, but if you have stayed in some of the other communities you might be disappointed in that. The house was very well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and serving full meals.Again, many rental homes claimed to sleep 10 or 12 people, but there are only seats for six and only plates for eight and this house was not like that at all. The theater room was a nice break area and the directions on operating it were super helpful! The traffic in the whole Orlando Area is no joke. You really have to check traffic and plan your trips and sometimes you are just going to be stuck. We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This house was great for myself and my golf buddies. Five bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and the theater room with pool table was a bonus. The pool area is well equipped and the pool furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped and the whole open living area was very nice for our group. We also felt very safe in the gated community and went for walks daily. Highly recommended.
