Recently Updated Peaceful and Comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms townhouse all tiled floor close to Florida Turnpike, ready for families and children, with one reserved/marked parking space right at the door and many free/non marked parking spaces around. Has a 50' SMART TV with local channels , WIFI and TV ready for you to use your personal accounts of HULU, Netflix, Youtube and other apps. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit. Nest thermostast and Nest Smart main lock entrance.
Located in a private gated private family community with a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, theater room, gym area close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping areas.
We are 25 minutes from Disney World, ESPN and Downtown Disney and 20 min from Universal Studios. Rules and regulations will be emailed the night before to confirmed guest.

We love traveling and after staying in many hotels and private places some are good and some even more excellent, we decided to share our place with travelers like us and try to make the place as comfortable as we would have loved to be received.
Why they chose this property
We bought this townhouse as a second home to enjoy the theme parks, roller coasters, Disney, Universal Studios, Cocoa Beach and Tampa with my 2 sons. Now 12 years later and my sons are away to College/university. We found ourselves going less and less to Orlando and decided to make it comfortable & chic for families with or without children.
What makes this property unique
Comfortable open and so peaceful , just a special retreat after leaving the theme parks with the kids.
