Near Disney Luxury Lakeside Villa with Spa and Wireless Internet

* February 2018: New High Efficiency Central AC Unit and 55” Flat screen TV.

This beautiful 3 bedroom lakeside villa comprises a king master suite with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room has a new pull out couch bed (Nov 2019) as well as a roll-a-way bed on premise for free use. Kissimmeevacayvilla.

Although this is a private family owned villa, no expense has been spared as all the furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality. It has a HD LCD TV in both the lounges and in all the bedrooms. It has high speed internet (wi-fi), cable TV, playstation 2 and a well equipped games room, comprising a pool table and a foosball table. For your added security there is a large safe to protect your valuables. The villa backs up to one of the Crescent Lakes and allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets as you relax in the pool or hot tub.

* Spa heating is FREE

** Pool heating is optional; $25/day (if heating is requested, heating is required for your entire stay length.)

*** Roll away twin XL bed on property available (1); Free for use. Other roll away beds available upon request; 10/day per bed or $55/week per bed.

**** The Southern White House is like all other short term rentals... it is a self catering house. The following welcome package perishables will be provided upon arrival and is independent of the length of stay. The guest is responsible for all supplies required after this start up quantity is exhausted.

We really enjoyed this villa. The hot tub heated up quickly whenever we needed it; if you were planning to go out there in the morning, I'd wander out there and first-thing start the jets. Then go in and get your swimsuit on. It's a nice view looking over the pond, and the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Great Oasis

All I can say is that we very much enjoy our stay. The house is very clean. Everything was immaculate, Mike runs a very tight ship. He does not fool around. He gets things done when there’s a request. Beautiful Pond out back with tons of Wildlife , beautiful sunsets, I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

This home is amazing, has everything you might need and more, very clean, the location is perfect. We loved sitting in the pool and hot tub at night overlooking the lake. It is quiet and in a great location that is close to everything. The owner answered all of my questions before booking. And everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly. We have already booked again for November !

Great Spring Break Vacation!

Our stay at the Lakeside Villa was incredible. Everything was as described and even better. I mean EVERYTHING: the central A/C was efficient and quiet, the heated pool and hot tub were outstanding, the sunsets over the lake were spectacular! The house is very clean and well-decorated! This is the most wonderfully relaxing well equipped home - I had the best time. It’s in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It’s probably the first house I’ve ever stayed in where every single kitchen utensil that I needed was right there! There was a minor glitch when I arrived - nobody’s fault - and Faye at the management company responded immediately

*Perfect for Our Family*

Thank you for opening your home to us. We really enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood and the kids LOVED the pool! If I had to pick anything negative it would just be to get the blinds updated. Having a gap in the master bedroom that faces the street was a bit uncomfortable, (we hung a towel) but that wouldn't stop us from staying again. Thank you again!

I'm truly sorry about the master bath blind issue you reference. Those blinds were damaged during use by the previous guest that checked out the same day that you checked in, and I did not have time to fix them before your check in. I have owned the beautiful villa for just under 1 year, and have installed many updates to the house... including the replacement of 4 sets of blinds, ceiling fans in every bedroom and family room, new AC unit, and a beautiful new 55" HD TV. The blinds you speak of were fixed immediately upon your check out. I sincerely appreciate your stay, your 5 Star review and hope that you will return again soon!!! mike

Great location! Gorgeous house! Like a home from home. Everything you need is supplied, from kettle, iron and washing machine to barbecue, playstation, pool table. Lovely pool area. The MOST comfy bed I have ever slept in, perfect walk in wadrobe, tv in all rooms. Plenty of towels provided. The only issue we had was we couldn't work the safe. Aside from that, another amazing stay in this property. Thank you to the Owner, for all his help.

Great home- lackluster management company

The host, Michael is great. He was very responsive when we had any questions. The management company was very lack luster. The reason for the four star rating is due to the management company response time. We had reported an issue with the pool light not working our first day at the home. It was not fixed until day 7; the day before we checked out. We truly only got to enjoy the pool one night of our stay due to no pool lights working. The management company should have gotten it fixed sooner.

My family of 4 rented the house for our spring break vacation. First vacation in 7 years! The house is exactly as pictured and described. Its much more spacious then we thought it would be. Anything you could think of is there for you already. My kids loved the pool and the gaming system. You are close to all the theme parks but far enough away so it felt like an escape. It was very clean and it felt like home. None of us wanted to leave! To top it off, Michael is very good with communicating and easy to talk to. He made the experience stress free and easy. We should definitely stay again and recommend the house to anyone!!

Southern White House Hospitality

I have used VRBO extensively the past few years and the 'Southern White House' in Kissimmee, Florida was an exceptional property. Well equipped, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. While we did not utilize all of the accommodations available, the property is more than adequate for a group of golfers, good sized family, or up to three couples all with their own bedrooms and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoor pool/patio, living/dining areas, and especially the game room. The pool table was a nice way to wind down from the full days of experiencing the Mecum Auction (about a 15 minute drive from Crescent Lakes.) The owner was extremely easy to deal with and his follow up for any and all questions was very prompt. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and affordable property in the Kissimmee area, that you make the Southern White House a priority.

Im Vorfeld wurden ale Fragen unsereseits umgehend per e-mail vom Eigentümer freundlich und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Keine Probleme beim Einchecken ins Haus. Alles war sauber und so, wie im Vorfeld beschrieben eingerichtet. Es war alles, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt notwendig ist, vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am See.
