Luxurious 'Old Fort Bay' Large SINGLE LEVEL with 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite

Four bedrooms each with a bathroom, TV, and walk in closet. There is a large Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room. The home is on a single level so getting arounds is easy. On the exterior of the home there is a massive deck looking out in to the canal. The pool is connected to the deck and is easy to wade in to. The water in the canal is so clear that you will see the fish who like to be fed.

The home is under 10 minutes from the Nassau International Airport and less then 2 minutes away from Fresh Market Grocery Store, Spa, restaurants and a Liquor & Wine store. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our newly renovated kitchen, or sit on huge patio and enjoy the sunsets. The stars are so clear at night.

*Rental car is recommended as we are 20 mins from downtown and 30 mins to Atlantis on Paradise Island. A Golf Cart is available for short community travel (it can not be used on public roads).

Our house cleaner/property manager Paula, can provide additional services like cooking, grocery shopping, baby-sitting, laundry and other tasks at $27 per hour paid directly to her.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A wonderful house!

This was a great house in Old Fort Bay on one of the canals. Clear water: lots of fish at the dock, and a sea turtle also! The house was modern, immaculate, and very safe and secure. The outside deck and pool were lovely. We very much enjoyed our time there and would return in a flash. Recommended.

Fabulous stay in Old Fort Bay

This is a marvelous property, overlooking the internal canals in the gated Old Fort Bay development. The house is exceptionally beautiful, well-designed, well-appointed, and well cared for. Both the inside and outside are extremely comfortable with lots of great seating and open space. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house has daily housekeeping service. Each of the bedrooms is quite large and comfortable, as are the living and dining spaces. The home also comes with a solar powered golf cart, which is quite convenient and even a couple of kayaks! It is very close to an excellent grocery store. Our family wasn't interested in spending time downtown, which is very touristy. Rather, we had several people who were scuba divers, and the location on the western side of the island is quite convenient to the premier diving shop, Stewart's Cove. We were initially a little bit hesitant about renting since there weren't many prior reviews, but any concern we had evaporated after the first conversation I had with Bernadette. She was extremely responsive from the very first contact, even to the point of helping me located a physician and emergency health clinic in the event that my elderly father needed medical assistance. I contacted her numerous different times before we arrived, and she was always very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house a huge single level home. "You can not fall down the stairs when there are no stairs". The house is very contemporary styled with the latest technology.
