Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing lake location, but we’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We were disappointed to hear that you had cleanliness concerns. I will be reviewing these concerns with my cleaning team and taking steps to ensure the home is properly prepared and maintained between stays. Regarding the furniture, the home is represented in the listing photos, including its current style and condition, but I appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as I evaluate future improvements to the property. I will also continue working with pest control professionals to address ants entering the home, particularly when the patio doors from the deck to the kitchen are left open. Any pest treatment will, of course, be handled with the safety of our four-legged guests in mind. We’re especially sorry about the incident involving the neighbors’ dogs. We understand how frightening that must have been, particularly with your own dog, and we regret that you had to deal with that during your stay. I will be speaking with my new neighbor about the issue, and I am also planning to erect a fence to help prevent pets from crossing between properties. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to make improvements to both the property and the overall guest experience.

I am glad that you found the lake view peaceful and the home nice. We promptly responded to guest's questions about the tv and the thermostat. We are happy to remedy any issues we are made aware of during a guest’s stay and would have immediately addressed them if we had known. All outdoor equipment has been cleaned and one of two outdoor tables was replaced. We did not agree to this guest’s request for a refund made after departure.
