The house was in an amazing location about 5 minute walk to the beach. There was enough parking for our 4 cars which was great. There was also a closet full of beach supplies! Other than that, the house is very low stocked on everything which was shared by the host prior to the arrival but we didn't know the extent so wanted to share that here. So, we recommend bringing anything you think you may need toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, cleaning supplies, paper towels etc. The host ended up giving us extra trash bags which we greatly appreciated but there was some rude texting (off VRBO app) prior to that. Some parts of the house didn't seem to be in great condition (for ex rust and stained spots in the shower) but It didn't affect our stay. Overall would likely stay again due to low price and close proximity to the beach.

Family vacation

Booked this property for a family vacation. Doug the owner was quick to reach out and start our conversation. The house was super clean, easy access, and everything was just as he said it would be. My only complaint with this whole vacation, it just didn’t last long enough. They never do. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be back.

Great location-house needs some repairs

Pros-location, lots of hot water, lots of space Cons- very hard guest room beds,no alarm clocks, needs better selection of glasses and a better frying pan, kitchen ceiling light full of dead bugs, exhaust fan in 3rd floor bath doesn’t work,3rd floor bedroom closet clothes rack is broken, and frig could be replaced.

Overall Good Stay

Stayed for a week at this property and overall, it was a good stay. Would recommend. Pros: - Most amenities were provided (could use kitchen scissors though!) - Couch was very comfy and loved the dining room table - Location is perfect! - Loved the master bathroom shower!! Cons: - Deck patio wood needs to be replaced - we found many rusted, missing, or broken-tip nails all over and the low-seat chair is rotted - Electrical issues (main floor bathroom switch is wonky to keep light on, refrigerator light flickers as does the master bathroom main light) - Currently there’s construction going on next door and across the street (though this is to no fault of the host)

Family Holiday get together.

We enjoyed our family Holiday at this location even if the weather didn’t totally cooperate. The condo served its purpose but we were surprised with a few items. They were: #1. The pots and pans were in need of replacing in our opinion. We felt they were not clean. #2. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well unless we rinsed the dishes and glasses before hand. We finally found out that the detergent holding door didn’t always open thus the pod didn’t get released. #3. The work next door. We were totally caught off guard to discover that new construction was going on. The workers did not do anything wrong except start at 7:30am.LOL Just wished we were aware of this before hand. If you thought a nap was possible you could forget about that. The above items were very minor issues but we felt the owner, who by the way, was very helpful in taking care of any needs that came about in a timely manner, should know about them. He went above and beyond. Thanks Doug. To summarize, we overall were pleased with the cleanliness, the location and the owner.

Great place for a family gathering.

There was plenty of space for myself, my adult daughters and their families. (10 of us) All the rooms were spacious and had good sized closets for storage. The bunk room was fun for the boy cousins to call "their space" and feel a little independence. The appliances worked but weren't at optimal efficiency. We had plenty of hot water for all ten us to shower after a day at the beach. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed plus more. Overall, our stay was great and a fun place for us to meet and be together.

Great getaway

We loved that it was so close to the beach (2 blocks) and a quick drive to all the restaurants and hang outs. Doug was great to work with and answered all our questions! We had a great time!

Plenty of space

This three story condo is great for a large group. We especially liked the four bedroom/bathroom lay out. This is not a place for those who can’t manage stairs, but that made for plenty of privacy. Not a bad walk to the beach. Straight shot to the beach from the driveway.

Making Memories

Great location, just a short walk to beach. Cleanliness was not up to par but the owner said he would send someone over immediately. Large grill was not available to use and hair dryers were not in all bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils, small appliances and seating. Owner was very responsive.

SeaRenity Wow

We had an amazing stay at SeaReanity Now. Doug is a gracious host and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Had a issue come up during our stay (nothing did and the entire week was smooth sailing) I'm confident that he would have been on top of it immediately. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. It felt just like home. We traveled with six (four adults and two teenagers) in our party and next felt like we were in top of each other. Everyone had their own space. We were originally a party of eight (six adults and two teens) and even if the other two didn't have to back out there would still have been plenty of space and privacy. As with all vacation rentals you need to provide your own beach towels, washcloths, toiletries, soaps (hand, dishwashing and laundry) and paper products (paper towels and toilet paper), but everything else you could have needed was provided. The top deck was roped off for safety reasons. Which we completely understand and appreciate the caution, but I feel it should be mentioned since it is a talking point in the home description. The gas grill was also out of commission. Again, this was a non issue, but since it's mentioned in the listing I felt it should be mentioned. There is a small charcoal grill that is available as a substitute.

Great Location - Nice Facility

This is one side of a duplex. I had no idea when I rented it. Nevertheless, the owner of the other side doesn't rent and doesn't always stay there. It was exceptionally quiet and the best aspect is that the beach is so close by. No need to load up everything for a long morning or afternoon. The decor is very artistic and attractive and we all liked that - ambiance! There are a lot of stairs/steps inside, so beware. But I liked having the master bedroom on the top floor - so quiet for me, a light sleeper. The refrigerator was cold but not as cold as one would hope. We used the recommended ice chest for canned beverages. The AC, however, worked great and was very cold - we had to turn it up. The doors to the balcony are exceptionally heavy and tough to manage. The very top of the building was not accessible. This may be the norm, but hasn't been in other places we've stayed - we purchased our own dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent. We purchased our own paper towels and laundry detergent. There were no apparent dish towels for the kitchen - we had to use our own towels for drying the dishes. I say all of that to assist future renters. I think the biggest drawback was spotty internet connection even though a lot has been done to solve that problem. My adult children and my grandchildren enjoyed the week very much.

Great space and location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal; just a very quick walk to the beach access! And the house was nice, plenty of space and nice front decks. Doug was extremely responsive and helpful! There are some things to note: there is no gas grill any more; the dishwasher doesn't work well (it was really difficult to get the flatware clean!); and there is no dish drying rack.

Comfortable beach getaway

This was a very comfortable home, with a great open gathering space on the main floor. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the fact that the top balcony was closed off (after being prominently highlighted in the listing) and that we were not advised to bring toilet paper (which we would have happily done if just told there wasn't a supply in the house). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived.

Wonderful house and Great Owner!

The house was just perfect for our weekend away to attend a family wedding. Great accommodations for our 4 teenagers, my 84 yr old daddy, my husband and myself. When we has a little snafu Sunday morning before check out he let us stay a little later to get things worked out!

Great place and excellent host

We had a short but sweet family vacation. Doug is a excellent host. House was exactly as listed and met all of our needs. Close to boardwalk and just a few steps from the beach.

Girls trip

A small group of us planned this trip since October knowing how needed it was! The house was so pretty, welcoming and wonderful! Doug was very quick to communicate instructions and was very helpful with recommendations! We would definitely stay again!
