Esta hermosa 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños casa tiene un concepto abierto plan de piso hermoso que es perfecto para entretener a amigos y familiares. Hay 5 camas de matrimonio con capacidad para hasta 10 personas cómodamente. Nuestra cocina completamente equipada incluye todo lo que necesita para preparar sus comidas con nuestro electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas y lavavajillas. Ollas, sartenes, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cristalería, para bar y más. Francés puertas conducen a una oficina privada con mesa y rincón de lectura. Nuestra casa está equipada con dos televisores de pantalla plana, WiFi, y Roku. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado con bañera de remojo, tocadores dobles y walk in closet. Patio cercado grande tiene muchos asientos y una barbacoa de infrarrojos Charbroil Gas. Está a sólo 10 minutos para el Village (Premier Mall y Entretenimiento Epicentro de Meridian) y 8 minutos del aeropuerto. Situado en zona tranquila y con excelentes vecinos.

convenient to highway/ Boise, quiet location with a private enclosed backyard, and we appreciated having a kitchen and laundry available. fully stocked too. communication was prompt/ responsive. comfortable beds, sizeable rooms.

Overall the stay was pretty nice. The property is older and in need of some updating, in particular the paint, carpet and HVAC. The master bed was small and uncomfortable and the AC was pretty underwhelming. A lot of little things needed repair but it was just that, minor. The pet friendly part was awesome! Our dog and kids loved the back yard. The neighborhood park was gorgeous! The host was super awesome and easy to communicate with and gets a 5 star rating for his communication! I absolutely recommend this property but it could be so much better with a little love given to it.

Great house and house! Will 100% stay again!

The place is great. The owner goes above and beyond. There were donuts and muffins when we checked in. They really think about the needs of the guests by having shampoo and conditioners, nice air fresheners, and quality toilet paper (I think cottonelle). The beds were all comfortable. The owner set up portable A/C in the larger upstairs rooms which was needed because it was near 100 degrees when we were there. There were lots of fans for throughout the house. There was also baby gear if needed. The owner was great at communications and even let us check in early. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place

We had a little family reunion in Meridian. This was a great house. Very clean. We were pleased with everything. Jon was great from the start (even with donuts and muffins waiting for us!).

Good and not so good

Good-Clean living room and bathrooms, nice backyard, SUPER comfortable couches in the living room, great washer and dryer, Tons of towels (but zero kitchen dishcloths or towels ), plenty of dishes, but very few appliances. Very nice fireplace, lovely Christmas tree, very nice neighborhood Not so good-Beds are pretty old and uncomfortable (very squeaky and lumpy) and bed linens and pillows are old and should likely be replaced. The front closet had piles of stuff in it, as did the garage. Nothing organized neatly – honestly it looked like it was all just thrown in there. Kitchen drawers and cabinets need a good cleaning. Tons of crumbs and sticky stuff, and drawers and storage cubes throughout the house full of broken odds and ends (couldn’t find a single game with all the pieces-monopoly had 1/2 the board missing). The refrigerator was very nice and clean and did not have tons of half used condiments like so many homes, but the freezer was very dirty and had half used bags of ice in there that looked like they had been there a very long time. A deep cleaning of the kitchen and getting rid of all the old stuff might be in order. We spent most of our time in the living room because the couches were so comfortable, but would likely not stay again for the price.

BSU game with family extended family

Our son's heart recipient and his family met us in Meridian/Boise to attend a BSU game, visited the Old Penitentiary and the quaint little town, Idaho City, and spending time together as an exteded/blended family. The home was perfect for all 10 of us. The owners had donuts and muffins waiting for us to dig in! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and appliances. Pretty much anything you would need. We also requested(last minute) an extra bed to be set up. It was all ready when we checked in. The hosts are very receptive and reply promptly. I highly recommend this home.

Great house

This house is awesome! Rooms are large, the back yard is private. The sheets and towels are very soft! Host was great with communication. Location is awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable home.

Everything was great! Very comfortable and convenient home. It had everything we needed. Only thing we needed more of was bath towels. For some reason we only had 5 towels and needed 7, one for each guest

Very pleasant and convenient location.

Very clean. Nice family gathering places, which includes on the patio where there's a large grill and the two picnic tables. Plenty of dishes for a large family gathering!

Great vacation

This was the perfect with the absolute best host. We have stayed in several Vrbo/Aibnb homes and this was by far the best. Upon arrival there were special touches that we have never received before. Made our stay all that more enjoyable!

Our stay in Jon's home was everything we'd hoped it would be. We traveled to Boise for a reunion vacation with family and the house was perfect for our needs. I was excited to see all the positive reviews, and I'm happy to add mine. The property is exactly as described, so clean and incredibly convenient to interstate. We loved how close the property was to grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping. The neighborhood is beautiful, with walkaways and plenty of green space. Jon was very communicative and extremely kind. We fell in love with all that the Boise area had to offer. We truly had the best week.When we get to Boise again, we'd love to stay here again. I would highly recommend this property to other visitors.

Great location

Spacious clean home in quiet upscale neighborhood. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked, large refrigerator, kureg and drip coffee pot. Bedrooms on second floor adding to privacy if needed. Large kitchen table and comfortable family room furniture. Every type restaurant within short driving distance. Certainly 5 star!

Family reunion

As a family, we came together from 3 different states together for a family reunion. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed accurately stated in the description of the property. Love this house!

This super clean, roomy house is nicely equipped with everything we needed and the owner goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and welcoming touches. The neighborhood is wonderful and is close to stores and restaurants. There's even a beautiful little park a short walk away. This property is definitely a favorite of ours in the Meridian area.

Quiet, safe and comfortable! The Host provided nearly everything a family could need! There was even a high chair for our grandson and board games for the family! Very thoughtful Host who was friendly, quick communication and offered us early checkin with surprise Doughnuts and Muffins! The house was spacious with plenty of room for family of six plus a baby so we all could spread out and have our own space or gather comfortably in the living room or at the dining table. Fenced in back yard for kids to play and a bbq with two picnic tables for outdoor dining. It is truly one of the best places we have stayed where the host put thoughts into everything a family could need or want. Definitely looking forward to booking again!!

Roomy, clean, & comfortable!

We've stayed in the Meridian / Boise area often the last several years, and this is now our favorite VRBO! The attention to detail is outstanding. The house is in a great location, it was clean & modern, and very well stocked for visitors. The owner is also welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be booking this property again!

We chose this property for our home 10 years ago because of it's close proximity to everything we love about Idaho. It's close to the heart of downtown Boise without the traffic, yet centrally located in the fast growing suburb of Meridian, ID. We love the area so much that we purchased our second home near the same area for the quick freeway access. Our new favorite spot is The Villiage. It's an indoor/outdoor mall with fantastic shopping and restaurants centered around a play area for children that turns into an ice skating rink in the winter. Our heart will always be in Boise, but our home will always be in Meridian.

You'll love our home for the same reasons we fell in love with it. Simply put...it's warm. The beautiful rich hardwood and warm wall color make this home soft and inviting. We chose to anchor our living space with a fireplace in the corner. The warmth and glow of the fire reaches the living room, dining room and kitchen. It's always been the perfect place for entertaining, as you can see all your friends and family at once. All bedrooms are located far from entertaining space which helps with a quiet good night's sleep. We truly have THE BEST neighbors...they are kind, generous and welcoming.
