Perched high on the brow on Lookout Mountain, our tiny house is packed with luxurious features and is surprisingly spacious. Lil' Haven is the perfect place to get away after a day in Chattanooga or a hike on the mountain. It’s a short drive down or along the mountain to best restaurants and state parks. Enjoy a meal out on the deck admiring the view, relax in the soaker tub, or simply sink back into the bed and stargaze through the skylights.

This tiny house was perfect for a relaxing long weekend. Very close to some great hiking, spectacular views of sunrise/sunset. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house itself was so cute and comfortable (radiant heated floors in the winter is GREAT!) I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lil’Haven Tiny House. The tiny house was clean, and everything was as advertised. You cannot beat the views from the couch or porch. We would stay here again.

This was our first tiny home experience...so fun! The location is beautiful and very convenient to a lot of fun excursions! The check-in/check-out was seamless, and the home was clean and comfortable.

Amazing stay!!

So pleased with our stay - host provided so many thoughtful touches to help us feel right at home from wine and robes to extra bowls and goodies for our fur babies. The views were incredible in a quiet location still within a short drive from lots of hikes and restaurants.

Had a fabulous overnight stay in this amazing location - stunning views from everywhere in the house, and everything you would need for a short stay. It’s very cosy but a perfect size for a couple. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

This place is so cute and perfect for a getaway. The windows and views are amazing…especially with the bathtub. Kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. Quaint and relaxing place. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay!

I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny home, and this one was perfect! It’s in a great location to access many of the Lookout Mountain attractions and is just a few minutes from Chattanooga. The view is just as incredible as it looks in the pictures, and the house was super clean and inviting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip in the mountains!

The place is fantastic! The views are amazing and the house feels larger than it looks. Has everything you could want! Was perfect for our stay. We had a small issue with the shower but the owner was responsive and we still had a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

We understood this was a tiny home and made a good-faith effort to complete the stay; however, we ultimately had to leave due to safety and usability concerns. The loft access consists of very steep, narrow stairs, which posed a fall risk and were more extreme than the listing description reasonably conveyed. Additionally, the bed lacked adequate support, with the mattress sinking into the frame, making it uncomfortable and impractical for sleeping. These issues were not matters of personal preference but affected our ability to safely and reasonably use the space, and future guests—particularly taller adults or those with mobility considerations—may want to take this into account before booking.

Great for a little getaway!

We had a family event in Knoxville and decided to drive halfway home after having an early morning. Peter’s location was the perfect spot, convenient to the interstate/all Lookout Mountain has to offer. Have recommended to my friends who work from home for a nice break from the 9-5 grind. Thanks!

Beautiful sunset!

This property was absolutely amazing! The view from the back porch was very peaceful and exactly what we needed that weekend. Rock city was very convenient from this location. The only thing I would change is the scent of the shampoo and body wash. LOL. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend!

Simply Perfect!

This tiny home was absolutely perfect. The location was great and the views were incredible. Perfect for 2, I stayed alone and enjoyed every minute. I took so many baths and dazed out the window until I was a prune. Laid on the bed and watched the storms roll in and sat on the deck enjoying a book. I also visited ruby falls and rock city. Both are just a few minutes away.The stairs could be a little challenging for some, they are not deep. But I knew this going there and managed just fine.Don’t look any further and book this little retreat.
