You’ll also find a covered deck that faces the canals, where you’ll get great views of the sunset.

Queens Grant provides access to the community swimming pool, playground, grilling area, boat ramp and day dock within a minute walking distance.
The Queens Grant swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (dates subject to change depending on weather & HOA).  
The community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Boats cannot be left at the dock for any length of time.
Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. Additional parking is provided in the visitors parking area.
