Please provide those at your earliest convenience, for the children you can provide just the first initial and last name. If the names are not registered in the system, they will not be able to enter the community and will not have access to the amenities.

• Pool heating: $140 for 1-4 nights, $35/day for reservations 5 nights or longer.
•Pool is cleaned weekly, someone will come out and enter through the pool area to clean and treat the pool, we advise waiting at least 2 hours prior to entering the pool to avoid chlorine burns.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home address during your stay. They will be delivered to the clubhouse, and you will be charged $10 per package.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: 4 extra toilet paper rolls, 2 extra trash bags, dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 sponge, 2 clothes detergent capsules, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap & one toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
