Stay in a wonderful private residence close to center city! A classic Southern home that's been lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in Charlotte's coolest and most desirable neighborhood. A short walk to countless bars, restaurants, and breweries. Less than a mile to center city, close to all major freeways,



The Space:

in a beautiful neighborhood, with a true southern front porch. Live like a local and stay in wonderful home near all the action. Easily one of the best places to stay in the city. This is a wonderful home located in one of Charlotte's best neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard has a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. The home has 4 bedrooms, all with high quality queen beds. It can easily accommodate 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms in the home. You'll have access to the entire home - and if you need more space, the home has a great loft with 2 queen beds and an additional full bathroom that can be added to the reservation (or simply view my other listings to reserve the home + loft). There is a large driveway (4-5 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. Prior to you arrival, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code that unlocks the front door :) I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :) One of the most fun and best located neighborhoods in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Midwood - one of Charlotte's premier nightlife scenes. You'll have access to the entire home. There is a large driveway (4-5 cars) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. Prior to you arrival, you'll receive a unique 4-digit code that unlocks the front door :)

One of the most fun and best located neighborhoods in the entire city. You'll be close to everything and a short walk to downtown Plaza Midwood - one of Charlotte's premier nightlife scenes. Less than a mile to center city, with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer.

Walk, Uber, drive, rent a scooter, or rent a bike. Tons of options. It's truly a great neighborhood with all the amenities of downtown city living :)

We had the most wonderful stay at this home while celebrating the holidays with our family. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations in every way—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. It was truly the perfect setting for a cozy, memorable family gathering.The host was fantastic and went above and beyond with communication, making us feel completely at ease. The neighborhood was also lovely and convenient with walk ability to any and everything you could need. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make holiday memories and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Nice Quiet neighborhood. Good location in Midwood location. Clean house, comfortable beds and all the basics in the kitchen. Close to restaurant ( if you like BBQ Sweet Lou’s was great) and we walked to the armory stadium for a game.

Awesome house for girlfriends.

We had the nicest time at this beautiful house. It was super clean. The bedrooms and baths were very well appointed. The front porch and outside seating was where we spent most of our time. Would definitely recommend this property!!

For the most part all went well. Check-in was good and information was sent in a timely manner. The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. We had a minor issue of the smart TV not connecting one day… The host responded to our inquires and even sent a Fire Stick and passwords. If I had to suggest anything…perhaps putting televisions in the bedrooms as there was only 1 television. I would also suggest putting some shower accessories. We enjoyed the place and would book again!

Great location

Enjoyed the location of this cute house. We could walk to several restaurants and the ice cream shop! Was a good starting point for us for going to Carowinds and the US National Whitewater center. Loved the set up of the home, with 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side.

Charming Stay in Charlotte!

I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!
