Storm Meadows est tout simplement l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour les immeubles locatifs à Steamboat, juste au-dessus du sentier Right-O-Way. L'unité 280 est l'un des meilleurs emplacements, sinon le meilleur du bâtiment. Vous avez essentiellement une entrée privée dans l'unité que vous pouvez skier, un grand patio devant votre porte avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne et des marches menant au bain à remous et à l'escalier menant à la piste de ski sur laquelle vous skiez.

La propriété est bien mise à jour et offre un espace de vie ouvert avec des sièges confortables sur un canapé en cuir (pouvant accueillir un deuxième lit) et une chaise. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous près du foyer au gaz en pierre et admirez la vue et / ou le téléviseur à écran plat. La cuisine rénovée comprend de magnifiques comptoirs en granit, de beaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires en merisier et quatre tabourets de bar. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas.

La suite parentale comprend un confortable lit queen-size et une salle de bains rénovée entièrement équipée avec douche et baignoire.

Juste devant la porte d'entrée se trouve un joli patio avec votre propre table et deux chaises et une vue imprenable sur la montagne, que vous pouvez skier jusqu'à! Vous êtes à quelques pas de la table de pique-nique de la communauté, du bain à remous et du grill et, tout près de la cage d’escalier, vous descendez pour accéder à la piste de ski menant à la télécabine ou au télésiège Christy. Il y a également un foyer extérieur sur la propriété.

Il y a un casier à skis sécurisé dans le bâtiment pour tout votre équipement et un parking gratuit à l'extérieur du bâtiment.

En été, vous êtes sur les pistes cyclables et les sentiers de randonnée, à proximité des montagnes russes et d’autres activités au pied de la montagne.

La plupart des résidences de montagne, y compris cette propriété, ne disposent pas de la climatisation. Des ventilateurs sont fournis pour votre confort.

Great condo for 2 in Steamboat! Due to the snow conditions the “ski-in” was not available, but this was expected after reading the condo description. Even so, it was a short 2 minute walk to/from the Right-O-Way run which gives quick access to the base. When not in ski boots, it’s also a very easy walk down the street to the shops, restaurants and bars of the base area. The unit being on the ground level means even easier access to the slopes when fully loaded with ski gear, no hallway noise and is just a few steps from the hot tub. But it does require at least one set of stairs with all of your bags when checking in/out.Everything was clean, communication with the management group was very easy. The only slight criticism we have is that the cookware (specifically the lack of a large skillet and only a warped sauté pan in its place) could use a refresh. But an otherwise well stocked condo and very functional kitchen. We would absolutely stay again.

Directions were wrong, slimy stuff on kitchen breakfast bar right in front of the fridge, nasty old wash cloth laying by the toilet no scrub brush to clean pans windstopper on bottom of front door mot attached key was hard to work for entry to building from the top and coming up the stairs from the unit. Location was excellent.

Nice and cozy stay for family

We love the location, which just has great hot tubs steps away and quick access to the green run slope, which is super convenient for our family with young kid. The amenities work well for family, cozy atmosphere with the fireplace, basic cooking tools! Would love to come back and stay again!

Fall Getaway

Had a wonderful long weekend staying here! Its beautiful staying on the ski resort and being so close to all the fall trees. I’ve stayed here before so I’m familiar with the area and saw the condo parking lot construction is almost completed and it is looking really awesome with more spaces.

Cozy, superb location

Great stay. Only complaint was the first night the hot tub wasn’t hot (Thursday). Messaged the team and it was fixed by the next time we planned to use it (Saturday, may have been fixed Friday but we went to the hot springs). Adequate kitchen supplies. And easy access to the slopes. Tho it’s more ski in/walk out. Perfect spot for two for a weekend ski trip.

Easiest Way to do Steamboat!

Right next door to the hot tub, ski right up to your door at the end of the day. It was a 5 minute walk to ski down to the gondola lifts. If it’s just two of you, this condo is great.

Everything was great! It truly was a ski in property though it took me 3 times to get it right… there are a lot of storm meadows buildings.

Great location, right by the hot tub

Great location right off the slopes and feet away from the hot tub. Love it. Would have been nice to have cooking oil in the rental.

Me and my buddy booked this spot last minute and were absolutely amazed with the value. True ski in and out right up to the front door. Hot tub right around the corner. By the end of our trip we were already talking about the next time we could come back and stay here

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect spot for our girls trip. It fit 3 of us comfortably, had everything we could have needed, and was close to everything in town. We 100% will be coming back (hopefully in the winter!) and will not be staying anywhere but here. Highly recommend!

Nice place, other than door lock situation

The condo was nice, well appointed, and equipped. Main issue was the door lock and handle was very difficult to open, and I was not able to open it after having somehow gotten in twice upon arrival.I suggested to management that the owner may want to upgrade this to a new lock and handle. Also, be prepared for many steps in getting to the condo from the main door, and back to your car.

Seemed very clean

It was nice. Missed a hot tub day because the hot tub was padlocked. That was a pretty big bummer for me because “hot tub” is literally my most important search filter. The unit seemed very clean to me. Everything was great. Especially the “useless box.”

Just phenomenal

Stumbled upon this gem of a 1-bed ski-in-ski-out condo in Steamboat, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is primo, just steps away from the slopes. The interior is super cozy, and the thoughtful amenities made the stay top-notch. Highly recommend for an unforgettable ski experience!
