The place was very nice. It was a quiet and nice neighborhood. I liked that we could park the car inside the yard. The hosts were very nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t like that they have plastic on the windows so you can’t see outside. I felt kind of shut in, I like the sunlight in the morning.

Hosts were great people. We really enjoyed talking with them and they were awesome hosts. House was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our trip. I highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the San Antonio area.

Carlos and Nancy were patient and kind when communicating about our late arrival time. Nancy made sure we could get into the property easily and explained how to use heating/air units and locate the downstairs laundry. In addition, they were engaging with site-seeing suggestions in the area.

I wish i knew about the owners dog ahead time because i would have never book this house with a two month old baby to be woken up by a barking dog at 11 o'clock at night

I stayed here with my three kids. The hosts were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I personally like it when you get greeted by person when you get to the house you rent. Makes everything easier. This houses has a prefect location and it is close to everything in San Antonio.

Family vacation

The property was cute and just as it was listed. The owners were exceptional! They went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. The house was perfect for our family of five. Also, having a washer/dryer was helpful. The location was perfect for our agenda (Six Flags Fiesta Texas, PopStroke, Alamo/Riverwalk). We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

We were here for our daughter's Air Force graduation. Listing was exactly as described. Great price. It was a beautiful property with a clean quiet neighborhood. Centrally located within 5-20 min driving distance to everything. Hosts Nancy and Carlos were very friendly and hospitable. Communication was great! Would definitely stay here in the future.

A wonderful place - super convenient to airport and downtown

My son and I came into town for the Final Four and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Carlos and Nancy are very gracious hosts and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Location is 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from all downtown attractions. San Antonio is a wonderful city and this is a perfect place to stay as you plan your visit. Thanks so much!

Family Reunion Vcay

The property is close to alot of things! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Nancy who gave me and my family a run down of the property. The washer/dryer is all in one, pretty cool as I never seen that before, but kinda took forever for my clothes to dry. Overall it was a great experience thank you Nancy and Carlos

Nancy and I have been retired for 10 years. Transplants from Los Angeles, CA and love Texas. We're very active in the San Antonio area serving many within the San Antonio greater community. Giving to others in need is very rewarding. We're big sports fans and go to many events. So, when staying here, ask us what's happening.

We bought this place because of its unique Spanish Colonial architecture despite it's rundown condition. The upstairs outdoor patio in the Tower caught my eye especially.

We invested significantly in its restoration to perhaps it's original beauty back in 1928 when it was built. I hope you love the results as we do.
