Outstanding 5-bedroomed villa with views over the golf course

Casa Leoes is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa together with a large lounge, entrance hall, modern kitchen, guest cloakroom, and beautiful landscaped gardens. The villa overlooks the 2nd fairway on the 18-hole Gramacho Golf course, and the Club House and its restaurant is only a short walk from the villa. The villa has ample space for two, possibly three, families sharing a holiday and it offers all modern facilities. It has a prime position overlooking the golf course but yet being private and secluded from any neighboring villas.
The villa has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, on the ground floor sharing a large bathroom. The bedrooms have patio doors to the gardens/pool area. Further two double bedrooms en-suite are on the first floor with an access to the roof terrace with lovely views. The fifth bedroom, also with en-suite, is on the basement level with an access to the gardens/pool area.
Outside there is plenty of seating area: two sofas plus a table and chairs for outside dining. Sun beds are provided. Carvoeiro town centre is 5min drive and has a lot to offer: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, golf, tennis and other outdoor activities and sports - all without high-risers or big apartment blocks.

Beautiful Villa in quiet location

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this villa. There were 10 of us who stayed here comfortably with plenty of space. The garden and pool was the key feature as the kids had so much fun there and we had plenty of BBQs and meals outside with great views on the terrace. I would definitely recommend staying there and would even consider going back there again. The host was very kind extremely helpful with both the booking and welcoming us to the property.

Perfect for us!

Great sized villa in perfect location on the Gramacho Course. Villa had everything we needed and was very homely. Could do with a bit of freshening up (bathrooms were a bit dated) but didn’t spoil our stay at all. Definitely keen to return next year.

Fantastic stay, great villa, excellent location

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Leoes, Sam was on hand for any queries we had and really helpful arranging a few items we required for our you family. The villa is really well equipped and in a stunning location with All day sunshine for the pool area but plenty of shade as well. The roof terrace is particularly impressive. The villa is also a short walk to the clubhouse which serves well priced food and is a good starting place for a drink while you wait for you taxi! We will definitely be booking again.

Stunning luxury villa with everything you could need!

I stayed here recently with my family and we loved every moment of it. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the best one I have stayed at. The kids loved it and had plenty of space to run about which was great. We literally found everything we needed at the villa and arrived to find drinks chilled for us and some lovely fresh croissants, which was a lovely touch. Sam was amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely plan a visit again!

Fabulous villa, great position and views. So many different comfy seating areas, perfect.

We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in this fabulous villa, it had a fantastic outside dining area with gas bbq, plus very large outside pool area with plenty of places to relax. Inside did not disappoint either, it was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed to complete the perfect holiday. A great big thanks to Sam who was there if needed. The only gripe we did have was first thing in a morning the water pressure was very low (or non existent) which effected the toilets and showering, otherwise overall a perfect holiday.

A beautiful villa and setting...

We spent a lovely week at the villa and would definitely recommend it. We were a family of 8 adults and three children. The villa is spacious with a pool (which can be heated) and lots of seating and outdoor space. Directions to the Villa from the owner were easy to follow and the villa was clean and spacious, as per the photos. During our week long stay the villa (and the pool) was cleaned twice. Sam, who manages the property couldn't have been more helpful. We had a couple of small problems which she sorted for us very quickly and efficiently. The setting overlooking the golf club was very peaceful and the villa's setting is very private. We ate at the Club House (a two minute walk away) on three occasions and the food was excellent. The villa isn't too far from some lovely beaches and restaurants. Thank you Sam for a lovely holiday which we all enjoyed.

Excellent, spacious, well-equipped villa

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa and can highly recommend it. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children. The villa is very spacious, both inside and outside, with ample space for all of us and plenty of areas to escape to! We paid extra to have the pool heated, and this was well worth it, as it was used all day! The grounds around the villa are gorgeous- great for 2 energetic boys to play in. The villa was clean and well- equipped for 10 people. The pool and villa were thoroughly cleaned twice during our stay. Sam, who managed the villa, provided an excellent service. She answered all of our enquiries promptly and dealt with a few minor issues we had quickly and professionally. All in all, we had a great family holiday in a fantastic villa.
