As Alexis left kindly a complete review and was an attentive guest, I regret to have been too short in my comments as he was reactive and positive as well as I tried to make my best to satisfy his demands regarding the rates and payments policies. I appreciated his constructive mind in return despite an exceptional -and solved- sanitary problem during their stay. He asked regularly a housemaid to clean the apartment wich is rare enough to be related here, so that the place was in good condition upon departure despite details in the kitchen that didn't affect the high rating they deserve. As an information for future guests -although it should appear in the property details-, I specify that there are 3 chests of drawers, a reasonably large closet with hangers and an additional small one in the entrance hall. Enough for storing the content of 3 large suitcases but perhaps not for people travelling with a large quantity of luggages. I asked the maid to double check the bedsheets and have changed the towels as there were probably too many of them and some were not of the same period and style. I have never been asked a safe deposit but will think of it. My only regret is that I had not the opportunity to bid farewell when they left as they came for the second time and are somehow "loyal guests". Thank you Alexis.

Having Teresa was a pleasure. She left the apartment in excellent condition and was an easy and positive guest. I would welcome her again with pleasure.

All points of view are very welcome and I always want to improve. The readers will make their complete and most objective opinion about my place after having read all reviews. I thank Joan for her personal testimony. Regarding the hair dryer, as Joan told me that she could not find it despite my explanations about its location (in the closet above the water basin), I thought first that it had been stolen and asked the maid to bring another one for her. After her departure, I found the original hair dryer at its right place... Joan had just not found it! For the bed and amenities like soap or shampoo: my place is a apartment for rent, not a room in a private apartment. Guests live their own life independently. It is not a hotel neither. There is always a small shampoo in case of emergency. Besides the closet on the bathroom, there are three commodes (chest of drawer) that are empty in the living room and the bedroom (12 drawers in total). Regarding the decoration of the apartment, photos show how it is. There should not be surprises. For the electric outlets, there is one free in the living room, another one in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is already a multi-socket close to one of the commodes in the living room.. Yes, some older towels are not pure white -although perfectly clean- but there is a wide choice of them, from pure white to green... Because of hard water, towels here turn to (very) light grey after some time.
