Diseñado por el mismo arquitecto que el muy popular Aloni Villas (Levante y Poniente) y bajo la misma propiedad. El recientemente finalizado Zephyros Villa está a poca distancia de la encantadora puerto deportivo de Agia Efimia, con sus tiendas, panaderías, bares, tabernas, oficina de correos, farmacia, supermercados y cajero automático. La villa que se ha construido a un nivel muy alto y con mobiliario de lujo está rodeado de jardines con un huerto recién plantado, olivos y flores y arbustos perfumados de colores. Hay una gran piscina climatizada rodeada de terrazas para tomar el sol, una cocina / barbacoa, zona de comedor junto a la piscina y zona de descanso. Las vistas desde las distintas terrazas son impresionantes, ya sea por el valle o sobre Agia Efimia al mar y la isla de Ítaca. La ubicación de Zephyros Villa es ideal para explorar la hermosa isla de Cefalonia. De las numerosas playas, carreteras de montaña vírgenes, los pequeños pueblos con sus pintorescas plazas a la ciudad ocupada de Argostoli.

An amazing house in a beautiful part of Kefalonia

This house is amazing from it beautiful views to its stunning interior and exterior. So much attention to detail with high end accessories and beautiful decor. Even an outdoor kitchen for when you are by the pool with fridge, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. George who welcomed us into the house (a pure gent ) was so lovely and ensured that everything was perfect for us. Can’t recommend more highly. If you are looking for very high standards in a beautiful area this is the house for you. We would recommend a hire car as to see all the beautiful bays and villages none to far away but enables you to get around easily. A great stay and we will be back….thank you

Amazing family holiday

Villa Zephyros was a fantastic base for our holiday with 2 families with teen children. The villa is incredibly well equipped, we enjoyed cooking and relaxing by the beautiful pool. Stunning views with the tinkle of the goat bells. Very peaceful and only around 15 minute walk into Agia Efimia, which is a very picturesque harbour. Lots of taverna’s and friendly locals. The lovely George was on hand for any issues and Christina came to tell us about all the things to see on the island. We were given some local groceries on arrival which was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

July 24 Stay at Agia Effimia

We had the most wonderful stay at Tracy's property. We were warmly welcomed by George and Mario on arrival who patiently waited for us at the property despite our delayed flight arrival. The house is large and well equipped - perfect for families. Our children (ages 10, 8 and 4) particularly loved the large outdoor pool. Agia Efimia is a lovely town with incredibly friendly locals. A great location for exploring the island.

Super Duper

Zephyros Villa exceeded our expectations. Our flight arrived late in the evening as well as delayed and we were still by the lovely George. On our first morning we had a visit from Christina to tell us about Kefalonia and what we could do was useful. The villa was described accurately and delivered so much more. It is spacious, clean, the linen and towel was very good quality and the pool and pool area was fantastic. The communication before, during and after with the owner and property manager was very good. Agia Efimia was a perfect location to what we wanted to do in Kefalonia. The resort had a lot of restaurants and several small supermarkets inc. a butcher. We recommend - Daily Art (Bakery), Pergola, Paradise Beach and Carina (after dinner drinks). We would highly recommend Zephyros Villa.

Fabulous stay

Fantastic villa which far exceeded our expectations. Warm greeting from the lovely George who was on hand for all our needs. Great peaceful location but easy walk into town We totally fell in love with the place and can’t wait to return.

Best Holiday ever!

We were so lucky to get to stay at Zephyros. I found the villa a few years ago but we are never organised enough to book a year in advance so unfortunately haven't been able to go until this August. With Covid some guests had cancelled their stay so we were lucky enough to have 12 blissful days here. Everyone talks about how well furnished the villa is but it really is. We are keen cooks and I'm known to pack my own knife sharpener as we often find the knives in villas are completely blunt. We didn't need to here. The kitchen is so well stocked with fab pans, glasses, wine fridge you name it. Only thing we think was missing was perhaps a juicer to make the most of the fantastic Greek oranges. The bedrooms are lovely and the bedding so comfy. My kids, 12 and 11 enjoyed being so close to the harbour and would pop down for an ice cream in the afternoon. We normally cook more on holiday but with such a good selection of restaurants down in the harbour we really didn't need too. Lovely places to go walking too. We wanted to book for August 2021 but it's already full but we will definitely come back. Thank you Tracy

Beautiful Zepyros Villa

The villa exceeded our already high expectations. We were met by gorgeous George, who really can't do enough for you. He organised a stunning birthday cake for my son, and brought us a selection of small cakes for a local celebration. The villa was immaculately clean, very spacious, beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you might need. We had a lovely selection of welcome goodies and L'Occitane bathroom products, such a treat! The huge outside kitchen and barbeque area by the large pool was a big hit. There are plenty comfortable sun loungers, and the provision of both pool and beach towels meant we had more space in our bags. The town itself is picturesque, it's a bustling harbour with a large selection of tavernas, shops and a few good supermarkets. We would wholeheartedly recommend the villa and the town, and would love to come back for another holiday .

Stunning villa

This is a fantastic villa. From our warm welcome from the lovely George, to our thoughtful goodbye gifts, everything about our stay was wonderful. Agia Effimia is a beautiful Greek village with traditional restaurants and shops, all easily walkable. The villa was of a very high standard, just as it looked on the photos, if not better. Big, clean pool and excellent outdoor kitchen and facilities. We had an amazing holiday, thank you very much!

A home from home

Just spent a week in this beautiful home. You can smell the clean as you walk through the front door and then your met and welcomed by gorgeous George. There is nothing I can fault other than I wish we could have stayed longer. It's beautiful, the village is lovely. The taxi drivers that picked us up looked after us all week, especially so when the baby was poorly and had to go to Sami. Great paediatrician even more reason to visit. Thank you so much for a great first villa experience. We will be back.

A wonderful luxurious villa

We first found this villa 7 years ago and love it so much we have returned every year since. It is a fantastic place to stay and no expense has been spared in making this a luxurious "home" to stay in whatever age group you are. It has something for everyone, a room dedicated to younger children, filled with lots of toys and games. Table tennis, a beautiful pool, tv room and fantastic views up the valley. The village and restaurants are within walking distance and the outside kitchen and BBQ area are brilliant for those who want to dine in. Tracy and Mario, who own the villa together with Maureen, George and Keriaka, are on hand to help with anything you need or any problem you may have. You are made to feel like part of their family yet they never intrude on your holiday unless invited. It is the little touches that make you feel special, like hot water and breakfast left out on the terrace when there was a sudden power cut and a fridge full of goodies on arrival. This isn't your usual holiday rental. This is a very special villa with lovely, thoughtful, helpful people who want you to enjoy your holiday and love their villa as much as they do.

"Truly wonderful"

What can I say!!!!! We have had the most fantastic week in Zephyros Villa. We could not have wished for anything more. The standard of features both inside and out surpassed all of our expectations. The outside kitchen was so well thought out and equipped who would want to be inside when each morning we woke to brilliant blue skies and 30 degree temperatures. Situated in a quiet lane 15minutes stroll from the village centre makes it a perfect location. I challenge any visitors to find a more suburb place to stay.Well done Tracy and Mario you did us proud!

Wonderful discovery

We came across this villa quite by accident when staying elsewhere on a previous visit and were surprised to find it available for holiday rental as it looked so much a high spec private residence. We were able to arrange for a private viewing then and soon after booked to stay on a return trip to Kefalonia. It is superbly situated within close walking distance of the village of Agia Efemia yet in a tranquil setting and not overlooked by other properties The building is superbly designed and of excellent construction with spacious, well appointed en suite bedrooms and lounge with an extremely large lounge and two superb kitchens. Yes two. The second being outdoors by the pool but within an extensive covered dining (& games/BBQ) area and fully equipped with all utensils and high quality unbreakable crockery and glassware so no problems carrying hot food about or risking breakages. All ovens, refrigerators, wine cooler etc are best quality and the pool is heated with a vast area of tiled patio so bare feet OK and lots of sun loungers. There is a well equipped playroom as well as TV/cinema room if kids get bored and wifi / landline telephones, for all to keep connected. Bed linen is Harrods of Knightsbridge quality if not actually bought there and all towels are supplied for bathroom, poolside and beach with a purpose built laundry suite on the premises for the maid who kept everywhere sparkling. Mario, Tracey & Maureen are charming and caringly attentive so one feels instantly welcome without the least sense of intrusion. We visited as a three generation family group and without exception found everything highly satisfactory. Our only regret? That our holiday came to an end!

Great villa

We stayed here for two weeks this summer and had an absolutely super holiday. It was one of the most well equiped villas we have stayed in. The quality of the fixtures and fittings were second to none and the thoughtfull added extras like the L'occitaine toiletries in the bathrooms made all of the difference. The location of the villa was also superb, it was great to be able to walk to the village in the evening. We have had no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and have already booked to return ourselves. The service Tracy and Mario provided also enhanced our stay, nothing was too much trouble for them.

3rd visit to Zephyros villa since 2009 and each time is like the 1st. This villa is possibly the best villa you will ever rent, everything for your comfort has been catered for and Mario & Tracy the owners will make you feel right at home.
