The villa is divided into 2 self-contained apartments (3 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor) ideal for families travelling with friends, grandparents or teenagers wanting their own space.

It is just 3 minutes’ drive to the spectacular Myrtos beach and 10 from the charming port of Agia Efimia. 3 tavernas and 2 mini markets are just 5 minutes’ walk away.

Finally, you will find a barbecue area complete with large table and chairs: a wonderful location for al fresco dining beside the floodlit pool!

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

Beautiful property, that is well equipped and in a great location. We were greeted with a wonderful lunch of Greek Salad, tatziki, cheese and bread, with juice and wine 🙂 Communication with Roxanne and Vangelis was brilliant and were always very responsive. Can't recommend this villa highly enough and we hope to return one day!

Lovely house in a quiet location with friendly hosts

The house is really large and comfortable with a great pool area and lots of places to sit outside. It's close to Myrtos beach so there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away. The host was very helpful and provided us with food and wine on arrival. He also allowed us to check out at 6pm as we had a late flight. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa. Beautiful location. Beautiful island.

Very convenient for local shops & restaurants.Beach is beautiful - just a few minutes drive (don't attempt walking).Would recommend checking out tide times as water can get choppy. Morning and early evening are best / safest swimming times.Various areas to sit in shade, pool and pool area is really nice.Good location for getting out & about.Hosts amazingly helpful.

Amazing Host

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. It was very spacious with a great pool that we all enjoyed a lot. Walking distance to little shops and great restaurants and only a short drive to an amazing beach. The host was super friendly, he welcomed us when we arrived! Also communication was flawless, super fast reply and great tips for a perfect vacation! We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back some day!

Wonderful house, perfect setting and delightful hosts

We stayed in the house in August 2016 and had a simply wonderful 2 week holiday. We were two families (9 people) so used both sections but ate together in the main house. There is plenty of room, so much space to spread out and sit, relax or eat in different places depending on your mood or the temperature. The position of the house meant that it was never too hot as a lovely breeze came up the valley and through the house. The location was ideal - quiet, apart from chickens and dogs but I'm sure you get that everywhere - and perfect for accessing the far corners of the island - we did have a car for the whole 2 weeks and the owners recommended a local firm which was great. The local village is perfect with 3-4 restaurants and 2-3 shops with fresh bread daily. The owners were lovely, so hospitable and friendly - we even had a mosaic making afternoon one day which the kids (& adults) loved. The only negative were the mosquitos but again I guess you get them everywhere and it may be weather dependant. The villa has fly screens on all the bedroom external doors so you can keep the rooms as bug free as possible as well as aircon to keep it cool. We would highly recommend this clean spacious villa - oh and the pool is perfect too, a good size and well maintained!

Excellent villa in strategic position

We were a big group of 11 people with 5 kids and all had our comfortable accommodation and our privacy. Further to be very close to Myrtos beach (only 3 minutes) the Villa is placed at 10 minutes driving from Agia Efimia, 20 minutes from Sami and Asos and max 30 minutes from all the nicest beaches in the north and west parts of the island, so we could easily visit all of them. Courtesy and hospitality of Micheline and Divaris have been great. Strongly recommended

We can use our excellent local knowledge to get competitive rates at a local car-hire company. We can also suggest local tavernas which serve authentic Greek food, give advice on where to go and what to see, propose Greek cooking lessons followed by dinner, boat hire companies...etc

As an archeologist, specializing in ceramics and mosaic techniques, both modern and ancient, I can offer you a unique introduction to these arts. Lessons can be tailored to both adults and children.
