Villa Eleftheria comfortably accommodates up to 9 adults (+ young children) and is ideal for extended families, multi-generational groups and friends travelling together.

The property features two separate living spaces, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

New for 2026: premium new mattresses and bedding throughout the villa for an even more restful night's sleep.

### Accommodation configuration

Villa Eleftheria comprises a 3-bedroom Main Villa and a separate Garden Suite with a fourth bedroom and additional bathroom.

For groups of up to 6 guests, the Main Villa is normally provided. The Garden Suite is included automatically for groups of more than 6 guests.

For smaller groups who would like to enjoy the Garden Suite as well, it can be added for an additional supplement. Please contact us before booking to arrange this.

### The Main Villa

The Main Villa accommodates up to 6 adults and features:

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• A master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony
• Two additional bedrooms (double or twin configuration), each with its own balcony
• A family bathroom
• A spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area
• Large covered terraces for outdoor dining and relaxation

### The Garden Suite

The separate Garden Suite has its own private entrance and is not internally connected to the Main Villa, making it especially popular with grandparents, older children or couples who appreciate a little extra independence.

It includes:

• A bedroom with a double bed plus one single bed and an en-suite bathroom
• An open-plan lounge and kitchen area
• Direct access to the pool, gardens and barbecue area
• Step-free access suitable for guests with limited mobility

### Everything You Need for a Relaxing Holiday

Enjoy the private infinity pool with jacuzzi jets and a submerged seating area, outdoor dining spaces, a Weber gas barbecue, table tennis, pétanque, fitness equipment, board games and a smart TV with streaming services.

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided, and a mid-stay housekeeping and linen change service is included for longer stays.

Families travelling with young children can request baby cots and high chairs, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 3 additional infants or toddlers.

Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings

We had a fabulous time in beautiful Kefalonia. The villa was perfect with breath taking views. It was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed some lovely evenings in the local village, Lakithra. Argostoli is a lovely town with great bars and restaurants and a taxi cost 20 Euros. Will definitely come back.

Great villa, outside space and location

Samantha’s communication with us from start to finish was fabulous. A generous welcome pack on arrival. The villa was exactly as described and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or return. Outstanding features are all the many outdoor seating areas

Villa is beautiful, clean, well maintained and quiet. Set back from the main road I would suggest car/quad hire, although a short walk takes you to the bus stop. There are a few local restaurants, bakery, coffee shop if you don’t mind walking. The Villa is on 3 floors, top floor has a very well equipped kitchen with eating areas inside and outside, it also has a very comfortable living area, bathroom and master bedroom. Second floor has an entrance hall, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. Ground floor has a self contained living area, with large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrooms. Outside has a a large courtyard with dining area, games area and carpark. Various garden areas to explore including a herb garden. The pool is great with plenty of loungers so you can jump from sun to shade when needed. Lots of wildlife. Birds (my favourite was watching the golden eagles on a morning across the valley), lizards and of course cats. We a cat lovers so encouraged them, but if you aren’t a fan they are easily scared away. A short drive to Argostoli, Lassi and Svotonara where you can shop, take boat trips, turtle watching or chill on the beach. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The one thing that set it apart was Samatha the manager. From the day we booked it, to days after we left, she had gone above and beyond helping us. She has lived on the island for years so has a wealth of knowledge. She couldn’t have made our stay any more comfortable.

This villa is just amazing it has everything you need ,a lovely hamper when we arrived ,thanks so much. Plenty of lovely seating in side and out . Lots of shaded seated areas . Pool was lovely steps into it which makes it easier to get into ,if you are a little older . Air con in all rooms so had good nights sleep ,and good quality beds . Things for the children to play with in the pool ,this village as everything . Easy to find and only a short distance from air port and the supermarket , you need a car . The views are really amazing as it looks over the valley and the mountains , you can also see the bay in the distance . Samantha our rep was very helpful telling us places where to go Lots of different beaches and coves crystal clear water the med . Cannot wait to come again you won’t be disappointed with this Villa . Thanks for letting us share your holiday home . Our age group was 19 -74 .

I’m Tina, owner of Villa Eleftheria. With British/Greek heritage, I’ve lived in the Paris region for over 30 years. Married with 3 grown children, we have cherished summers at Villa Eleftheria since our children were tiny.

My Greek grandfather was from Argostoli the villa was built on land my mother owned, fulfilling her dream. Built in 2004, it was her Spring and Autumn retreat. As she can no longer visit, we now make it available for rental so oour guests can enjoy our home in Kefalonia too.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with our land because of its quiet location on the edge of the village of Lakithra and its stunning 180 degree views. Originally it was scrub land but we cleared it and progressively planted the olive grove. Our oldest trees are now over 20 years old.

What makes this property unique

Our property has views of both the mountain and all the way down as far as the bay of Argostoli. We can catch the sun rising over the mountain and setting over the bay. Its convenient location is just a short walk to the village of Lakithra and to its minimarket, many restaurants, bar, bakery and pastry and ice-cream shops.

The villa is a short drive to Argostoli and to the airport and sandy beaches of the south, making it an ideal location to explore the island. This also makes it particularly attractive early and late in the season when many of the island’s resorts start to shut down, the amenities in the village of Lakithra remain open all year. The big supermarkets (Lidl, AB and Kritikos) are also a convenient 10 minute drive from our villa.
