"first time traveling with family and we all loved the place the view to the beach, this place was very clean and closed to everything, we had an issue with the door code, but Ted responded as quickly as we called him. LOVED this place will definitely stay here again, thank you "

"The condo was just as listed! Clean, great view of the ocean, and just a short walk to pier park. When we arrived the agent immediately contacted us to inform us about a washing machine issue. She made another condo available for us to do a few loads of laundry until a new washer and dryer arrived later in the week. Excellent customer service!!!"

"We didn’t have to drive anywhere which was great due to a lot of traffic. The beach, pier, shopping and food was in walking distance. Definitely recommend ☺️"

"This was such a fantastic vacation!! As a widow with 2 children I NEED convenience - and this owner provides that. VIP parking spaces, chairs and umbrella service at the beach, SUPER quiet dishwasher/washer/dryer, walking distance to all the activities (restaurants and shopping and attractions) we wanted, and TOP NOTCH communication from check in to check out. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately with kindness and accuracy. This did not feel like an investment property but...
