Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. This property is a traditional Tuscan village house, full of rustic charm, and spread across three floors, as in the listing photos. Photos give an accurate reflection of all amenities. It’s obviously not your preferred aesthetic. It’s unfair and inaccurate to describe the kitchen as dated. It’s a modern, expensive real-wood kitchen in the rustic style, well equipped with utensils, a brand new dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, Magimix processor, several fridges and freezers, etc. Most guests love the style, size and amenity. Sorry it wasn’t to your taste. Perhaps a contrast to your usual way of life? There are adequate utensils but we will check and add more this Summer. The sticking doors are due to seasonal swelling, as humidity rises. We’ve adjusted them and will advise guests. The lower bathroom is the original and aesthetically different to the top floor, but still fully functional. We will be refurbishing it for next season. There was wet weather before your stay, hampering garden maintenance. Guests enjoy the grounds, especially when the pool is open. Regarding toddler safety, the photos and descriptions give a clear sense of the layout and stairs, but your comments noted. As per our correspondence,VRBO identifies15 local attractions. Sorry you were disappointed with our property, perhaps not the best choice in early season for a young family. Thanks for your comments.
