House / Villa - Perfect for families or groups of friends

In the quite countryside La Casa di Piera (Piera's house) is a peaceful haven and good launching pad for travelling throughout Tuscany at 8Km from Lucca and 3Km from the highway.

The single two story house is on a quit street. The house is surrounded by a garden with a bbq, wood burning oven, covered patio for outdoor dining and a large sundeck.

On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with a fireplace and eating area, a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small reading area.

The house includes all the modern comforts. Next door at the owner's home there is the use of the pool (8x4.5m - height 1.50m).

Great stay and great hosts

Thankyou so much for having us stay at your property. It was perfect for what we needed and we loved watching the horses from the pool. Piera and Giuseppe were the perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. They also invited us for dinner on our last night which was lovely, the food was amazing! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Piera et Giuseppe. Un super accueil.Nous avons profité de la piscine au maximum, elle était parfaite Nous avons même eu droit à un dîner avec Piera et son mari (lasagnes et limoccello fait maison. Bon sejour

Bon séjour avec une hôte disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Panier d’accueil avec des tomates du jardin très apprécié. Maison propre bien équipée. Petite déconvenue cependant au moment du départ , l’hôte nous a demandé 80€ (négocié finalement à 40€..) car nous avions rechargé deux fois une voiture hydrique essence électrique. Donc je préfère le précisez pour tous les futurs occupants, roulez à l’essence ça vous coûtera moins chère!.

Superbes vacances en famille et avec les amis!

Nous avons trouvé cette belle et spacieuse maison presque par hasard et cela nous a porté bonheur. La maison est entièrement climatisée et équipée. Nous avons été séduit par la grande piscine à notre usage exclusif. Piera, notre hôtesse et son mari Giuseppe, ont été charmants et patients. Leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance n'ont d'égal que leur discrétion. Grâce à la maison idéalement située, nous avons pu visiter Florence, Lucques, les cinque terre, et faires de très belles balades dans les environs. Les supermarchés sont à 5 minutes. Un restaurant se trouve à 2 min à pieds. C'est avec plaisir que j'écris ce petit commentaire et que je remercie vivement de nouveau Piera pour ce magnifique séjour. 2 familles avec 6 adultes, 1 adolescente et un enfant

In famiglia a La Casa di Piera

Con la famiglia abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana a La Casa di Piera. Eravamo dieci persone e la sistemazione è stata confortevole per tutti. La casa è molto curata ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità. La piscina ha una vista molto bella ed è stata apprezzata sia dai grandi che dai più piccoli. Il valore aggiunto è stata la cortesia dei proprietari, Piera e Giuseppe, discreti ma sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza, che ha reso unico il nostro soggiorno.

Toller Aufenthalt fantastische Gastgeber

Der Aufenthalt in der La Casa di Piera war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und für ihr alter gut ausgestattet. Der Pool liegt zwar leider auf dem Nachbargrundstück der Vermieter, was aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein Problem dargestellt hat. Wir hatten jederzeit Zugang zum Pool und der angeschlossenen Sonnenterasse und waren dort auch immer ungestört. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, konnte unseren Ansprüchen aber voll und ganz gerecht werden. Zum Abschluss möchte ich noch die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeber Piera und Giuseppe Parenti hervorheben, die uns mehrfach mit Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten und selbstgemachten Bruschetta und einmal sogar mit selbstgemachter Lasagne versorgt haben. Außerdem standen sie jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Sollten wir noch einmal in die Toskana fahren wollen werden wir definitiv wieder kommen.

Tolle Gastgeber, schönes Haus, toller Pool

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus und Pool sind trotz des Alters super, wir haben enorm viel Platz gehabt. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, man muss absolut nichts selbst mitnehmen. Der amerikanische Kühlschrank hat ein viel zu großes Fassungsvermögen, welches man geneigt ist nach knapp einer Woche auszureizen. Wir sagen "Mille Grazie!" und auf jeden Fall "Auf Wiedersehen!" zu späterem Zeitpunkt.

Maison spacieuse et agréable en famille

Semaine en Toscane correspondant à nos attentes.Belle piscine pour se rafraîchir, toutes commodités, moustiquaires appréciées. Piera, notre hôte, s'est montrée disponible et attentionnée. Erholsame Tage in der Toskana

Der Ort liegt ein wenig abseits von Lucca . Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca , Florenz .Es gibt einen schönen Strand in Marina di Torre del Lago Puccini. Unsere Gastgeber Piera und Giuseppe waren sehr gastfreundlich über das normale Maß hinaus.

Excellente Gastgeber

Mit der Familie haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der La Casa di Piera verbringen dürfen. Piera und Guiseppe Parenti sind excellente Gastgeber, die uns sehr verwöhnt haben. Immer hilfsbereit und doch sehr diskret. Das große Haus mit überdachter Terrasse ist sehr einladend und der Pool im Garten stand uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Piera verwöhnte uns am Anreisetag mit hausgemachter Lasagne, zwischendurch mit Bruschetta und einem vorzüglichen Abendessen. Dieses Urlaubsdomizil ist sehr empfehlenswert. Herzlichen Dank Piera und Giuseppe.

Genieten van het Toscaanse leven en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren

Wij (2 volwassenen + 5 tieners) hebben genoten van ons verblijf in la Casa di Piera. Na een hartelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw, stonden de frisdrank, verse tomaten, eieren èn zelfgemaakte lasagne voor ons klaar. Naast een prachtige omgeving was het (in de hitte) goed vertoeven in het privézwembad en koele huis. Zeker een aanrader!!

Maison idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane - idéale pour 2 familles

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à l'accueil et la présence discrète de Piera; grâce à la terrasse couverte à l'ombre, à la piscine avec vue sur la campagne. Nous étions comme à la maison: on y trouve tout le nécessaire.(barbecue par exemple) La maison est vraiment très bien équipée. (lave-vaisselle, grand frigo, machine à lessiver, machine à café...) Tout correspond à la description et aux photos. C'est une maison familiale qui a une âme. Quel plaisir d'arriver et de trouver les lits faits! Piera et son mari sont discrets et la piscine vous est vraiment uniquement réservée. Le top! Nous étions 4 adultes et 6 grands adolescents: la maison est grande assez pour 10 sans soucis. A recommander si vous aimez l'authenticité.

Super verbijf

We hebben een super vakantie gehad bij Piera&Guiseppé. Hartelijke ontvangst, altijd klaar met raad en daad. Lekkere tomaten en aubergines gekregen uit hun tuin. De lasagne en pizza was heerlijk. Het uime huis is wat verouderd maar alles werkt en is in orde. Alles is voorzien. Een absolute aanrader.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Das Pool ist erfrischend.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.Als wir ankamen brauchten wir uns ums Essen nicht kümmern. Es gab selbstgemachte frische Lasagne. Rund herum ist es hier sehr schön.Trotz der Sommerhitze ist das Haus angenehm kühl.

großartige Vermieter und gut gepflegtes, großes Haus in günstiger Lage

La casa di Piera ist ein wirklich großes, gut gepflegtes, sauberes Haus, das ursprünglich von den Vermietern Piera und Giuseppe selbst bewohnt wurde. Dementsprechend gut ist die Ausstattung mit genialer Kaffeemaschine, riesigem Kühlschrank, 6 plattigem Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Grill, Waschmaschine... und einer wunderschönen überdachten Terrasse. Das Haus liegt landschaftlich reizvoll am Rande eines kleinen Ortes nahe Lucca. In wenigen Minuten kann die Autobahn Firenze-Pisa erreicht werden, so dass es ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge sowohl ans Meer, als auch nach Florenz, Lucca oder die Appuanischen Alpen geeignet ist. Besonders herzlich und zuvorkommend sind die Vermieter, die im Haus nebenan wohnen: Piera und Giuseppe sind außerordentlich offen und hilfsbereit, dabei völlig entspannt, was z.B. den Lärm unserer Kinder betraf. Der Pool, der auf ihrem Grundstück liegt, darf jederzeit benutzt werden und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umgebenden toskanische Landschaft. Sehr beeindruckt hat uns die Gastfreundschaft von Piere und Guiseppe, die uns zu Lasagne und Pizza eingeladen haben. Es hat sich ein geradezu freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Toskana und können das Haus für Gruppen / Familien mit bis zu 10 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gibt neben einem der Schlafzimmer sogar noch ein winziges Nebenzimmer mit Bett, das in der Beschreibung gar nicht auftaucht. Einfach toll!

Superbe séjour avec un accueil formidable

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce. Elle est grande, bien équipée et très agréable notamment l'été (fraîche, moustiquaire, terrasse). La piscine est vrai plus avec un panorama superbe. Mais le plus agréable est l'accueil formidable de Piera et Giuseppe. Ils sont toujours là pour nous donner des bons conseils sur la région (plage, restaurant, visite) et sont tellement gentils qu'on a du mal à les quitter une fois le séjour fini. Que dire des lasagnes de Piera à part qu'elles sont succulentes. Nous recommandons vivement aux voyageurs de venir faire un tour chez eux.

Nous sommes venus à la Casa du Piera grâce aux commentaires et nous ne sommes pas déçus! Je confirme que les propriétaires sont plus que charmants et d'une gentillesse comme rarement nous avons déjà vu! Quel accueil! Piera parle très bien français. Elle est de très bon conseils et fait tout pour que le séjour soit top! La maison est grande et spacieuse.. nous étions 11 dont 2 bébés, nous n étions pas les uns sur les autres. La maison est très bien équipée. La piscine est très bien entretenue et la vue est paisible sur la campagne.. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! On recommande ++++.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa di Piera. La maison est très grande et bien entretenue. On trouve deux salles de bains ce qui est très pratique quand comme nous vous arrivez à deux familles avec quelques ados. La cuisine est bien équipée et le frigo fabrique les glaçons de manière autonome, très agréable par les chaleurs toscanes.En parlant de chaleur, les moustiquaires sont très pratiques et la maison reste malgré tout assez fraîche. La terrasse ombragée nous a permis de passer des brunchs et des soirées très agréables autour du barbecue mis à disposition. La piscine sans chlore est elle aussi parfaite pour adultes et enfants et permet de passer des moments très agréables avec les parasols et les transats mis à disposition.Il y a même une douche avec eau chaude. Quant à l'accueil et à la disponibilité de Piera et de Giuseppe, il n'y a tout simplement pas assez d'étoiles pour pouvoir donner une appréciation ! Ils sont tout simplement incroyables ... Un grand merci à eux pour les superbes moments passés au cours de ces trois semaines, leurs conseils et leur gentillesse constituent à eux seuls une raison de choisir cette location...même si la localisation proche de Pise, Florence, Sienne, Lucca, Montecarlo et Castelvecchio constitue également une bonne raison de s'installer ici. geweldig genoten, super woning en gastvrouw

Het is een gezellige, schone woning met goede bedden en twee ruime badkamers met ligbad. Een heerlijk overdekt terras en een grote keuken met alle voorzieningen. Hier en daar is de inrichting wat ouderwets, maar het past bij de woning. Het zwembad was echt super en je merkt niet dat het in de tuin van de eigenaar ligt. Piera en haar man staan altijd voor je klaar als vragen hebt. Zelfs een excursie naar een Fattorie is door hun geregeld. Vlakbij het huis is een uitstekend restaurant Cantina Alfredo waar je erg goed en goedkoop kunt eten. Pisa, Lucca en Montecatine Terme liggen dichtbij. Wij zouden het huis aan iedereen aanbevelen. Wij hebben er een super vakantie gehad.
